- This video is a facebook pixel tutorial. I will show you how to add a pixel to your website (I use Wix), and I will explain what a Pixel is, and why you might want to use a facebook pixel. A facebook pixel is an important part of a succesful advertising campaign and can help you to create custom audiences or lookalike audiences. These audiences will let you become more accurate with your advertising, which will enable you to spend less money and increase your ROI. A Facebook pixel is just a piece of code which is embedded in your website to allow you to track visitors and record events (i.e. when someone add stuff to their cart on your website but does not purchase it, you can retarget them with your ads).
This is essentially a Facebook ads tutorial
*What is a Pixel?
*A way to track people who interact with your website
*One FB pixel per ads account
*Why was it called a Pixel? It used to be a small image that was 1x1 pixel (and the image loading would trigger the pixel to “fire”) - it is no longer an image
* You can track and create custom audiences or lookalike audiences
* You can create one pixel per ads account
Using a single ads account for a website is usually a good idea because it learns and better develops audiences over time, which makes your ads more effective.

Yes I agree. Most tutorial videos I.e. 99% have presenters speaking so fast that you need to watch the tutorial 150 times just to understand one concept.

Great video! How can I deal for ex if im doing ecom general store, do u need to install couple of pixels for every niche? I mean how can my pixel track who is from kitchen niche, beauty niche etc that confuses me i hope u have the right answer?And one more; can wix be used for dropshipping and is it posibble to integrate wix with clickfunnels? Or wix have own funnel builder😊

Question: If you create a Custom Audience from a pixel for say "last 7 days" will the audience be only from those 7 days specifically or will it update as time passes and get new people?

See with pixel facebook is giving info about the audience...If you don't run FB ads you can't reach them. So first setup pixel and whenevr you want totarget them run ads
So what do you do when your business is an ebook or tutorial video. I don’t have an address to register in the Facebook pixel. Does that matter? Do I put my home address?

Hello, I have a question about FB pixel. I have an old website and a FB page for it. On this old website, I have installed pixel, which I think is connected to the FB page (or is it connected to my FB profile???) and I use to run ads with it. I am making another website now, but I don't want to have a FB page for it! But I need to run FB ads for the new site. So I need a new pixel for the new site? Which will be connected to what and how? Should I make a second pixel for the same account? Or should I make another ad account? I am a bit confused about the terminology too. Thank you!

yes! You can use the "event setup tool" and input the URL for the page. :)

Top left in ads amanger or business manager..In order to go Pixel you have to select Under Measure and report..Now it is changed...Directly select events management button you will find pixel

I heard, that it's recommended to have 1 Ad account per Page. (and each Ad account must have separate billing method - correct?). How to deal with multiple pages that i've created by my own? If you are pages are targetting different websites, yes you need diffrent pixels and ad accounts. I suggest you to go for Business manager.. With business manager you can have diffrent pixels and diffrent billings and analytics.
@@odmtcourse thank you! but if i use all those sites for my own purpose, the billing method will be the same. I've read it could be a cause of termination... having 1 billing method for different pages/ad accounts....

I recently got my ad account deleted along with the fb pixel so I decided I need to have a back up pixel in case my next ad account gets deleted. My question is how do I add a backup pixel because if it is attached to my facebook ad account that I am running ads on and the account gets deleted the fb pixel will also get deleted and if I have it on a separate ad account it will not be gathering data, both situations defeating the purpose for it. So how do I have a back up pixel that is gathering data but will not get deleted? Thanks
