TinySa and ultra resolution of 0.1 db increments measurement setting.

The fantastic tiny spectrum analyser can produce increments of 0.1 db instead of the normal 0.5 db resolution.
This was necessary for precise measurement of the gain of an antenna.

The apparent resolution of 0.1 dB is due to the fact that the value shown is the result of the average AVER4. Note that both the SI4468 on the ultra and the SI4432 on the tinySA have a resolution of 0.5 dB in their measurements.

Just put on averaging, 4 or 16 or inf., anf you will have 0.1dBm tolerances at even wide spans..
