What these guys are doing for MLB, minor league, Juco, and overall youth baseball is incalculable. In a day an age where the MLB is stuck in draconian and archaic traditions that do little to nothing in added value, Eric, Trevor, and all the staff at momentum are changing the culture and providing an insight to what it takes to live, breathe, and play baseball. I hope you continue to upload and create content even when Eric and Trevor decide to hang it up, because what you guys are doing is creating ripples that will eventually turn into waves as seen with trevor and eric exposing spider tack. Thank you for all that you do from a player that once had the same dream.
Dude, for real. I played a bit in college about 10 years ago, and I wish I had this kind of content and training at that time. It would have helped so much.
@@lucascarman2578 Yup, I played early on too and the "asian" method of throwing til your arms falls off ruined me. My body would have eventually caught up since my genetics gave me shit tendons and frame to pitch, but I would have at least liked to have experienced a higher level of ball and postponed my engineering career path.
Agree! Besides this is just a gas to watch. Just folk who love to hit a ball with a bat... no drama, just FUN. Makes me remember being a kid, playing ball for the love of it. I'd rather watch this than MLB...
The apparent motion on those pitches by Lawrence were nuts. I don't know much (anything) about pitching by the way they "slid" in from the right to the center of the plate was crazy.
@jeffbezos1079 It is. But I am excited about some of the young prospects coming up. Just sucks that we have to play in the nl west. Expansion and moving to a different division is our only hope.
God Justin would be so good outside of coors. And I'm still waiting on Kevin to intrude on pitchers pitch design sessions. need more inside the mind shit.
I love your show can’t play ball anymore injuries while serving 27 years with The Military & 21 years Cal Fire Aviation fighting wild fires in Cali. Love your show you guys make me laugh and is informational keep it up boys 😎
I’m currently 17 been having a rough last few years not motivated for shit, some heavy drug use too. Baseball season is back and I’m feeling better than ever. Ready to hit some tanks with the boys!
Whatever you do please stay away from the hard stuff. It's all fun and games till you end up addicted and waste a large part of your life to drugs just to be well for another day... trust me, you end up 32 in no time and by then you have dug yourself a hole so deep it feels impossible to climb out of. Even with a few years of being off the pills and dope doing the right things it still feels that way. Using hard drugs at such a young age based on my emotions just wanting to escape all types pain effected me for alot of years and it made my early adult years 100 times harder than it should of been, it seems unfair to be able to make that shitty decision that can really effect your future at such a young age but thats life. I just don't want another young kid to make the same mistakes i did, trust me buddy there's always better ways to cope with life even if it doesn't seem that way now. Take care
I watched Brendon Davis catch the final out to win the Midwest League Championship for the Great Lakes Loons in 2016. Cool to see him in one of these videos
You guys are awesome! Played Juco in 91/92 and you guys remind me of a few of us talking shit to each other except for the fact that you guys fkn ROCK! I'd like to see Trevor come to Atlanta!
“I guess saying you’re Eric gagne is sort of a funny joke…*see glove with Gagne written on it…checks google to make sure I remember what gagne looked like*…oh SHIT that’s actually Eric Gagne”
Not sure if anyone else picked up how Ricky Vanasco was tipping his pitches, specifically his breaking ball. You can see it before he starts his wind-up, if his glove and back of hand are touching its fb or change. If there's space between the two it's a breaking ball. Just FYI if anyone wants to pass along.
Everyone and their mother throws 98-102 these days because of training improvements. Problem is nobody can go two consecutive years without Tommy John.
Dude that kid chuckin it sidearm, not only is it blazing ridiculous crazy fast, but he can make that sucker move. I bet he makes many a man buckle. RLTW 3/75
That sidearm is nasty! Especially for right handed hitters. Looks like you're going to take a ball to the body, but it curves in. You get out of the way, and boom...strike.

Bro got philosophical 🧠
Old comment, but It is really entertaining watching all this. Makes me wish I didn't peak late.
I love how Bauer rips sim and encourages everyone else lol
It’s a fantastic dynamic
That's what your Boys are 4 Fam
Came here to say this.
In very group, there is always that dude where everyone loves to shit on. But they know, if he's not there, life is kinda boring.
That's called brotherly love My dude
Sam Huff looks like he swinging at 50% hitting 101 mph missles
I have no idea how he waits on 95+ and crushes it inside.
He had 33 MLB plate appearances in 2020 with an average exit velo of 95.7 mph. Not a big sample size, but impressive nonetheless.
He’s supposed to be a phenom.
hit 2 500+ ft bombs on a rehab assignment too
the Chinese dude acting bro is so cringy ASF
5:15 gotta be the best line Trevor’s ever had.
I've got 12 pitches and you can't hit any of them. Get in the box bitch. Gotcha bitch. Sit down
Nah kinda corny tbh
Was trying to find this comment
Greatest line ever! GITBB…
these live ABs are awesome. I've watched more of these videos in the last week than I've seen MLB games in the last 5 years.
nobody’s talking about how sam huff wasn’t even moving his lower half.. dude was just hitting absolute tanks with his wrists
thats contact hitting...other people just wanna hit homers and they connect way less...Sam gets good barrel contact, ball still goes
@@oldben1800 hes hit multiple 500 footers, i wouldnt call that contact hitting
@@oldben1800 This is the way.
That's how Hank Aaron did it.
Ricky is throwing 95 effortlessly. Like he’s not even trying.
As a Rockies fan I'm loving all the Rox guys working out with Trevor... Maybe we can somehow get him on the squad 😂
As a Dodgers fan... NO
Watching Kyle get knocked around isn't that encouraging... lol
The apparent motion on those pitches by Lawrence were nuts.
I don't know much (anything) about pitching by the way they "slid" in from the right to the center of the plate was crazy.
As a rockies fan, we got some really good arms. Lawrence and Gilbreath man! pumped for our future. Lawrence def has closer type stuff
Update 😭😭😭, all love bro, it’s gotta be tough being a Rockies fan

Love the channel, got back into baseball a few years ago once my son started playing. He is 9 and also loves watching with me.
Trevor literally any time Sim misses a fastball, "DOORS!"
Sword*
@@stepho.sean9 Nah brother he's saying doors
It's sword
@@luke386 12:22 he says it twice.
It’s sword. Like how he celebrates in game
I love Bauer when he's fired up.
I imagine the media scumbags give him plenty of fuel.
Bauer yelling doors after every fastball Eric gets is hilarious
Trevor stepping out on every pitch 😂 don’t blame him
Neither do i
“I have 12 pitches and you cant hit any of them get in the box” ouch that was cold
15:17
sim: swing the bat one time what’re we doing?!
trev: how am i supposed to hit that it’s fucking painted 😂😂
I've lost any sort of passion for MLB, probably for good, but this is the kind of stuff that's making me fall back in love with baseball.
As a Phillies fan coming back to the one and seeing Stubbs was a pleasant surprise
As a rockies fan glad to see Justin and Kyle
Eric, please get Shane McClanahan in there, he throws lefty gas
shane mcclanahan or shane baz

Appreciate the suggestion! I will try and do that next time!

@@tag206 gotcha. We’ll figure something out.
This was my favorite live at bats by far!
12:21 is the ultimate Sim at bat... Two "doors" (including Trevor the Peanut Gallery) followed by a combination folded-sword strike 3. Love It.
Love the videos. Makes me miss playing!
Best baseball content ever! Also that side arm slider is possibly the most ridiculous thing ive ever witnessed

Eric Sim and Momentum are doing something right. ALL STAR LINEUP. I knew almost everybody introduced, Garrett Subs funny AF

Congrats to Brendon for getting his first MLB hit! 👍
Anyone else notice that Trevor’s grunts are louder with a fast ball and quieter with off speed, tippin pitches
You should let Trevor hit and let sims throw
That slider two seam combo Lawrence has is really nasty.
“I guess saying you’re Eric gagne is sort of a funny joke…*see glove with Gagne written on it…checks google to make sure I remember what gagne looked like*…oh SHIT that’s actually Eric Gagne”
Live AB’s are the best. So what Sim went 0-7, 0-8 I lost count lol. Love this channel.!!
Everytime Eric swings and misses. You hear Trevor in the very back. DOORS DOORS. 😂😂😂😂

That was Randy Johnson's tip as well. Good catch
it’s so funny seeing eric get absolutely owned bc then he’s actually quiet and doesn’t talk shit 😭
Gagne saw them boys hitting and was like nahhh I’m good
Both Trevor and Tosh are stepping in the bucket at the plate
Why do I enjoy watching this more than a MLB game?
The best part of this video is the wry smile on kyles face after he gives Sim the sword
Damn Eric Gagne looks soo different now I didn’t even recognize him. He was one of my favorite pitchers when I was kid
Thanks for putting the names of the pitcher and hitter
Hey I love your videos keep it up
Everyone trash talking Eric like he’s not a washed up office worker💀
This was... VERY entertaining. Thank you.
great vid! so much talent in the room

Love me some Stubbs. Perfect backup Phillis catcher.
" i got 12 pitches and you can't hit any of them" .... lmfbo...sorry Sim
Bro Justin is one the best sidearmers in mlb now😂😂
Everyone and their mother throws 98-102 these days because of training improvements. Problem is nobody can go two consecutive years without Tommy John.
Trever whipped out the spider tack in the second at bat after he walked the other dude lmao.
These clips are great for baseball
5:18 gosh I love Trevor lol😂
Can someone tell me the name of the song @ 2:25 ?? (When Sim is introducing Trevor)
This is so entertaining, My favorite memory of baseball was playing strikeout in the cage and talking a mess of shit.
Bro that foo garret funny af 😂

7:50 that was clean bro XD
Trevor shouting doors every time six misses a fastball lol

Brennen Davis has always been in the cubs organization :)
That sidearm is nasty! Especially for right handed hitters. Looks like you're going to take a ball to the body, but it curves in. You get out of the way, and boom...strike.
