I love Deban. He is always honest.
same here, he is incredible ✌🏻
This year Deban is reading my mind
Qisa olaraq ne deyir Daban?
@@jabish_teacher Qısaca deyir ki, mahnı ilə heç kontakt qura bilmədi, özünə yaxın hiss etmədi yəni. Vokalı, klipi çox bəyənib amma.
No, he is just giving his opinion
Thanks for your reaction and kind words❤️🥰 greetings from Baku, Azerbaijan🇦🇿

l loveeee Sinannn.💛 He sooo cutee🤗
Super song!👏👏👏
masterpice song final matriaal top 5 matriaal
I love this song. 12 points.
I think the song should be able to qualify for the final, but what hinders me from enjoying it more is the use of English and the poor lyrics. I think the song would be much better received had it been sung in Azerbaijani, but we all know Azerbaijan never does that. After all, Azerbaijan is the only country in all of Eurovision who hasn't actually sung in their native language at all yet! (Not counting Mata Hari's backing vocal pre-chorus)
Eurovison junior?
@@hiwatariaffection8411 it’s mandated for that
Couldn't agree more. This is lazy-writing. The songwriters even admit to being numb, lol
I think the fact his English not perfect makes it even better personally.
honestly... the pre-chorus piano progression is the best part of the song.
Where’s William? You are missed. Deban, good as always.
The video
Cinan: 😩😖😣😭
Deban: 😏🥃

Thanks for video 💙❤️💚 Bizdə sizi sevirik Cinan
THE BEST👍🇦🇿❤👍🇦🇿❤
Omg i love Cinan ❤❤
I love when Deban drinks ...
Strong voice I think live performance will be on point.
This song is not my favourite, but anyway good luck. Also it gives me Billie Eilish vibes, some moments reminds me the song "lovely"
Thank you for reaction❤
We also love both of you❤Cinan&Deban💗
I think, this song is about how fast in modern world, people break up with each other, they even don't try to give a second chance for their love and in this song he tries somehow to maintain their feelings, he tries to keep her by his side and don't let her go. But it's only my opinion, it's how feel about it
LOVE it
4:21 😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
All I know..."He feels his energy "🤣🤣
Deban I can’t stop saying how I like you honeyyy♥️
I am from Azerbaijan. And I completely agree with Deban. I really don't understand why ITV has chosen this song. Such kind of songs are composed and produced in monthly basis in Azerbaijan. What's the difference or privilege in those Swedish compositions?!
Though Nadir himself loves this song very much and he opted for it, but it's really difficult to connect. Sounds soulless. Maybe revamp could help. Adding a little bit classical orchestra or smth, I don't know.
Why is this song rated so low with bookmakers it's very good.
due to perception
Why is it rated so HIGH with bookmakers?
@@TheManInBlueFlames it's not that's what I'm saying
Amazing😪👏👍
Sorry Deban you are wrong. This is excellent and this is pure class and it does connect emotionally. Many people speak of goosebumps.
You know, you looking so artistic, like how express your emotions
They're gonna need to do a lot to make this stand out amongst all the slow moving songs and ballads.
That is amazing I believe He will win 🥇❣️
I'm honestly concerned about the amount of Armenians, Azeris and Serbians that have voted for their own country in the Eurovision Odds site. I like all of the three and, staring at the percentages of the votes, I- 🥲
@@patlander50 😄
I voted for armenia and serbia on various polls and im from Ireland 🇮🇪 tastes are diverse across europe
@@patlander50 Hey! We're not in the same semi this time! 😂
Plus, I disapprove of that behavior but when Scandinavian or other Balcan countries vote for each other there's not a single hair flinching. I sense prejudice, to be honest.
@@patlander50 😆😆😆
@@pikosapikos13 They all voting for their own countries and their closest neighbors. Believe me., I’m from the Netherlands.
It's theatrical, will have an unforgettable performance on stage. Potential winner. Bravo Azerbaigian! 🇦🇿🇮🇹
Thanks a lot! Ciao 🤗
No way this is going to win. Honestly. Nadir is going to struggle getting in the final.
@@mEtalec many people and so different opinions mate. I have 5 potential winners for this year and this is one of them. You can have your own ones ✌
@@Opium_Roz Thnx for letting me have it. 😀
@@mEtalec yeah you have
And once again I completely agree with Deban! Actually I have only two little objections.
1) I don't think jurors should vote for "objective" merits of a song regardless of the actual impact it has on them. Appreciation of any work of art always is about your personal and very subjective connection to it. Knowledge about the craft can only add up to the factors that will make you like it but never should replace them.
2) I agree this entry has many merits ( the performer is by far the biggest one) but I wouldn't say the composition is one of them. Nor the lyrics actually. The composition is quite weak and uninspired ( only partially saved by the atmospheric orchestration and the really impressive vocals) and the lyrics are ok, nicely poetic but a bit basic and undaring. I think they wasted a winner performer for a poor song. I 'd also expect them to read the game ( as they had the privilege of being the last to play their card) and not come with just an other slow sad pop ballad that is the most competitive field this year. They should bring something Azeri. Not only Azeri lyrics but also music rich in traditional elements and unique character. Nadir would serve that so perfectly! Missed opportunity for Azerbaijan :(
Nadir wanted this song to be chosen after hearing all the songs, so I don't think it's a wrong choice for him.
@@sav0001 Totally agree. The best choice!!!
Jurors as music professionals do have criteria to rate a song on, so it's normal they have to put their own opinion and feeling aside and judge a song in its merits. That's why we have jury's AND televote, they rate songs differently
@@sannev8407 they do rate songs differently and they should do so. Cause that's why they are there. What I am saying is that they don't have to ignore their personal taste to do that. Because when you are a music expert, your personal taste already includes your experty. Knowledge is affecting what you conceive. And what you conceive is affecting what you appreciate.
To give a simple example: someone who is clueless about music might like a song regardless of bad singing. Details of bad singing might even escape your attention. While if you know music, you notice, you hear every little technical imperfection and it can hurt. It can hurt badly. So you will not actually enjoy the experience of listening to that performance, so yes you will not like it enough to vote for it over better packages. Same can happen with a really poor and basic composition. It hurts you to see how lazy this composer was, you can not just ignore it. While the clueless ear won't even notice this is a poor composition cause it can't tell the difference. Also the widest range of songs you know, the most difficult it gets to have a song impress you through its originality. Generally there are so many criteria that derive from knowledge. So, the perception of the same song/act by the expert and the clueless will be very different anyway. Nobody has to force sense over aesthetics. Nobody has to force "wisdom" over pleasure. Wisdom always sneaks through if it's there. Its flow is unstoppable.
Proud!
It’s a very nice ballad, but not that kind of song I will remember after the Eurovision is over.
Good luck AZEBAİJAN🤴
Im in love with this song🥰
This is clearly one of the best song this year. No surprise they kept the release until the last moment to maximise the WOW effect. l cannot see a single thing that could be criticised. The Macabaya / Brividi psychofans and Swedophiles should calm down and give credit to the pure art instead of climbing the Himalayas of delusion looking for ways to discredit this brilliant entry.
I mean I really like the entry too but we gotta be objective. Lets be real here, there are a few things that could be criticised. The lyrics arent the best. And his pronounciation isnt either, which is understandable though. And this is a very ballad heavy year, so it could get lost between the others and not stick out enough
@@Oeugh In fact, l do not agree😏 I think the song wasn't liked that much because it was released late. For me, lyrics are good enough, but l agree, not the best.
Cinan ❤️
Cinan you have amazing musical ear wow and you can use your voice so good. Please try singing
I agree with Deban.
Super👍👏
I just feel like the song is missing something. It could have been better but it also depends on the staging and the performance. Good luck
And I keep calling calling
Keep calling 'cause!
Azerbaijan can easily win this year with good staging 🇦🇿❤️
Lol
lol good luck qualifying...
He’s in a semi final with 2 (arguably 3 if you count 🇲🇪) Ballads that are stronger. I think it will qualify but just about.
Deban u r the best
Bızde Sızı❤️
It seems Daban like it 😍 can't wait
GOOOOOD GOOOOOD LUCK !!!
His voice is amazing and the songwriting is not bad, but it doesn't touch me, I think I'm missing the deeper connection from the singer to the song and it doesn't remain in my memory long enough. In other ballads you can hear and feel that the singer wrote the song himself or was at least significantly involved (e.g. Australia, Greece or Italy).
Сinan thanks for your lovely reaction 🤗❤️🇹🇷
I'm here for Deban's disapproving look.
🇦🇿❤🇦🇿
perfect ♥️♥️♥️
Love the way You dscassing

nadir in hebrew means rare!
Have you reacted to the Icelandic song? Maybe it is forgotten with the swedish final on the same night. So many have reacted to the song from Iceland but not my favorite wiwibloggs😉😘
I am also waiting for their reaction to Iceland 😭 one of my faves, it's a beautiful song, I'm not sure if it'll do well in the competition but it's still a pretty song no matter what
Great vocal.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I agree with Deban. The song is not doing much to me. I liked the video and his voice but that was all. Also I look forward to the day when an Azeri entry written by Azeri composers enters the competition. Come on Azerbaijan, there must be talented musicians there!
👍👍👍🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿
🥇🥇🥇🇦🇿❤️🇦🇿❤️🇦🇿❤️🥇🥇🥇
In "Fade to black" you can hear 🇦🇿 traditional instrument "balaban" ❤
Which is a Iranian variation of Armenian Duduk. And btw. Balaban is an Iranian word as well. 😘🇦🇿 😆
@@mEtalec It's funny that you write this under the reaction to the song of Azerbaijan, and I have not even heard the song of the participant from Armenia 😂
@@GH_2023.Ah, why so? You don’t want to give our sweet uplifting song +1 view? 😆
@@mEtalec I'm not interested in your song :)
Sure)
Why don't reacting Georgia's song? It was uploaded before than any other song.
I think that Georgia's song might have some pretty heavy copyright, so that might be why? They just can't get the video out because of copyright. Austria had the same issue and that song has quite a bit of copyright
@@jamesjohnson8279 or maybe they're just waiting until Georgia releases the mv?
Malta's amount of copyright protection is unbelievable, they copyrighted both the video and audio, so it's basically impossible to upload without drastically altering it
Every time I hear this song I think an episode of downtown abbey is starting. Basically same music cue, lol. That’s pretty much the end of my feelings on this song though.
Nothing takes me out of a song like a weird lyric and when he started singing about someone blaming the weather randomly this song lost me. His voice is nice. It's not necessarily a skip but it's not a winner... Not close. For me.
Agree with Deban. Didnt touch me at all. Sorry
The numb bit gave me a sense of “calling calling “ from the sound of silence! Lovely ☺️ entry nevertheless.
The singer has a scratch to his voice that isn't pleasant when listening with earphones. Otherwise this could just be another Conchita but without the wig and sequins gown.
I love Cinnan but talks too much
Deban said exactly what I said when I heard it for the first time. I felt like I heard nothing. No connection, nothing. The song has many different parts which are connected to each other by gold-plating, which is the instrumental itself. In this case, the strong instrumental did not save the song. For short, too many unconnected melodies.
Üzgünüm, Cinan, but loving a country so deeply is no excuse to flatter them when their song is nothing short of bad. You got literally into tears when he sang about the "weather", like lol. We all love Azerbaijan, and we all wish Azerbaijan to hire better songwriters. None of their recent songs lived up to the potential of their performers. Hats off to Deban and to his objective comments. Uğurlar,
sorry. very boring
Of course Sinan would NEVER say ANYTHING bad about any entry from Azerbaijan because, being Turkish, he is bias.
I love the song butttt the lyrics is so bad
Good voice, bad song…
Sinan is not a sincere person. there is a false reaction
Copy of Duncans song
Doesn’t matter I am Azeri or not. Will comment as a eurovision fan. I didn’t like his song completely. It could be more better. For example, There’s nothing makes me listen to this song second time. If we talk about Mata Hari or Cleopatra, it’s just nothing.
What's bothering me with this song are the lyrics, they're weird and not the best.
This is very much a Duncan Laurence vibe copy cat. I don't like copy cats.
