Madre mia, estos son más secos que la mojama. Y de cuando en cuando te sueltan algún chiste malo para rematar 🤦🏻♂️ 🤷🏻♀️. Ni sienten ni padecen... Mi favorita para ganar. Those vocals are superb!! Amazing live in the 2nd rehersald ! 🙌 . The song has all: emotive, smoth, intense .. you can really feel the song! 🥺 😢 😭👏 👏 👏
He’s the winner of the Voice in Azerbaijan which his mentor was Eldar from 2011’s Eurovision. His vocal range is very similar to Elnur from 2008 & 2015. His live is exactly same as the video.
Interesting fact, This year the three sad boy songs, Australia, Azerbaijan & Poland are all born in the same year and in the same semi-final and here I am also a 1999 baby feeling real like an underachiever HAHA As someone who is the opposite of Maia who normally loves Ballads, this year has been odd, the Ballads have been slowly growing on me while I've been vibing with more up-tempo songs. Maybe because this was the last song that came out it's still growing on me Love all your work, almost at the finish line!
This is so perfectly in the middle of the pack for me this year. Nice to listen to, could qualify or not. I just checked my ranking and it's 21st lol, almost exactly in the middle.
he has a distinctive voice ---- talented but with a character of its own that sets him apart from Ochman and Riley and even Ryder.... And the song is weirdly entrancing. I suspect by the time of the semi-final it'll be one of my firm favourites.
SRRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH BUT I AM SURE YOU LL UNDERSTAND I WOULD WISH ALL OF YOU SAY HI AND NOT ALWAYS THE SAME PERSON. MAYBE A BIT FUN BY THE SIDE. THEN I AM SURE IT S MORE INTERESTING TO WATCH. I WATCH YOU SINCE LAST YEAR AND I LIKE IT THAT YOU ARE 4 PEOPLE BUT MORE PRESENTATION ALL OF YOU I WANT SEE AND I THINK THE OTHERS TOO. thanks for your understanding 😊
Good voice, awkward lyrics ("you always blame the weather" - what?!) and musically a lot of good elements. Especially towards the end things really come together. I like it but I'm unsure how it'll do. Well with the juries but not the audience probably? I'm guessing it will qualify but not bother the top 10 in the final. Side note. The late reveal of the song really annoyed me. If you're going to wait with the release until days AFTER the closing date, the song had better be stellar. It's not. It's good but not quite great. And take away his voice and what are you really left with? Not a lot. Having said all that, I overall like it - but just wouldn't want this to get even close to a win.
I feel like the song is talking about finding oneself, as shown in the music video, he reaches to himself in the end. The part with “you always blame the weather” is about how different excuses are presented in difficult situations (for example, you keep saying that you will start jogging, but always use the bad weather as an excuse to postpone). This is a personal interpretation though. Out of all the male ballads this year, I find this one to be the best so far. If the performance keeps up with the intense vocals towards the end, it deserves to be in the top 10.
@@dissapointment8673 well, no. It’s part of selling the song. It’s not a talent contest, it’s a song competition. But how you sell the song matters which is where the voice often comes in.
Yes, if you are going to choose English as opposed to your own language, you might as well sing the words clearly. Meanwhile, the song sounds more appropriate for a car commercial than the ESC.
I listen her live but it has lots of crack if this also continues in turin i think she won't qualify As well as "not the same" is only full of high notes that's why it' hard to listen actual song "River" is nice song and also ochman's vocal is great So only 'river' can be a rival of 'fade to black' I respect your opinion but i think azerbaijan will be qualify
@@dionysus1210 River is shit. It's even more nonsensical lyrics than fade to black. It has the most repetitive and annoying chorus. It is so generic. No emotion and no message.

Actually his live vocal even better than audio lol
@@dionysus1210 i think soo but even in audio there is not earphones
@@clixbs262yeaa unfortunately they forgot to give him earphones and he couldn't hear his own voice. 🤧 But despite this, he sang the song very well.

This would be 100000 times better if if was sang in his language....I don't get why Azerbaijan never sings in their native tongue

Being in the same semifinal with "Not the same", "Breathe" and "River", i feel that this will not qualify
Breathe is the one least likely to qualify

On first listen his diction bothered me a lot, I find the song a well produced bunch of nothing, typical for this country in ESC in my opinion.
Out of all the sad boy ballads this year I find this is the weakest by far
We’ll see in Eurovision live performance
