What tool did you use to loosen the bolts that hold the stator in the stator cover? I recently got into an accident on my ninja 400 and I also cracked my stator cover.
anyone know what the little gear was the stator. its held on by the small cylinder piece the connects to the stator cover. it came loose when i pulled my cover off and i was wondering if it had to be in a certain position like the timing gear.
@@jacobaragon2727 I did but it was so long ago I can’t remember. I think I ended up saying fuck it and yammed it back in there but I honestly have no clue
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but damn that wood look is terrible. RTV is not a good choice for use as petroleum based products (oil) will resolve it. More than likely it was used to hold the gasket during assembly. Man are you a messy mechanic. Loved the video though.
love hearing him talk and work, so relaxing 👍
Thank you. This was a great help as I’m removing the cover off of my 900rs.
Excellent! That's great to hear
Thank you for the video, how much did you use torque?
How much time have to dry the silicone?
Great video for beginners. 😇
I need a video on clutch case removal for 2017 Kawasaki z900. Do you have one? Thanks
you give me Bob Ross vibes. but for motorcycles
with what did you clean the cover, did you use a solvent or something...? Great video! txs
im wondering if the kable is pluged somewhere or is it running direkt to battery ? :)
Not sure, we didn't need to follow it back that far. Let us know if that's where it connects.
Omg 😱...my friend, What kind of crash or accident did you have ?... Greetings from Colombia.
It was just a little lowside slide. The rider was ok. Tienes una linda país.
Thank you!
The amount of RTV everywhere is giving me anxiety.
Dr. Speed lemon is messy at times

@@jacobaragon2727 good luck man lemme know how it goes
I stripped the screws holding the stator into the cover the red loctite would not budge any suggestions?
Dremel a slot in the bolt so that you can use a flat head screw driver to unscrew it
