UA-cam algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... so much variation in AW movements, really tough to get it exact, and compare fairly. even very slight adjustments can make a sizable difference too. at least if some basics r agreed on, it helps to make better training ya.
Dunno why people over complicate this lift. I like what BRAD GRUNBY said. And i think the same. Use the same angle you use on table at starting position. For me its with a slight angle.
Is it because putting the elbow down integrates muscles that help the pronator? I ask because the lift being more difficult in itself cant be the reason. Just wonder if its possible that it would be beneficial to do this with more weight closer to the position you set up with at the table.
Both Devon & krasi are completely different pullers stylistically. Devon is a top roller with riser & pronation puller where krasi is inside puller. Devon is lifting stylistically which suits he's pulling style on the table
Yep Devon cheated his ass off on his new “PR” lift lmaooooo. The clown arm was literally 45 degrees, not parallel like when he started fake new PR, terrible form, cheating on his own lift. That’s comical
Exactly. Not many of top guys are willing to show what they can lift forearm parallel to ground, because their numbers would be much lower.
Exactly 🙂
That is because biceps has the most power at 45 degree flextion in the elbow joint, its biomechanic...
@@dimitarpetrov-fo1vl it's also physics.
In 45 degree angle, person feels only half of the weight he would if forearm was parallel.
@@fjm7132except he can lower the weight after picking it up and overload the position more than if he only lifted strictly. 😢
@@fjm7132 thats true.I wrote this wrong way meaning for extension writing for flextion...hahah
This is why Levans 70kg pronation lift was so impressive
Levan's forearm wasn't parallel to the floor either, though. Slightly closer than Devon's form as of late, but definitely not parallel.
Very important to keep the arm angle the same, otherwise it's impossible to track progression.
Always appreciate your advice Krasimir
Thank you for this video Krasi
Wow such a difference im going to gym now to try
Perfect form. 👌
I agree. Off topic I think whatever you lift should mimic as well as possible actual movement of the technique you want stronger.
These looked the same to me lmao. Then again I'm super tired maybe I'm sleep drunk lol.
the legend states facts!!
This video really changed my form
Nice video.. and nice jacket / hoodie man tsssss!!!
Subbed. 💪🏽💪🏽
Even Devon are now lifting not parallel to the ground

Do you think it's a good option to not only have the weight peeled off, but also held up?
It is . Just this is the easiest way to track the progress. There are many other variations that can give you strength too .
Dunno why people over complicate this lift. I like what BRAD GRUNBY said. And i think the same. Use the same angle you use on table at starting position. For me its with a slight angle.
Brad Grundy made a video saying Parallel lifts are not a good exercise just a couple days ago!
He said it's just ego lifting
Because most of the “parallel lifts” are Not “parallel lifts “ 🙂
Because the angle at the table for most of us it TIGHTER than 90 degrees.
@@Bruped u get to set up with your elbow tucked in or what
Бате Красо, what if the arm angle opens and your arm is not parallel, is that bad too?
If your arm opens but your forearm is parallel then I count it . If your forearm is not parallel during the lift I don’t count it.
Hi, can I translate this video to my channel?
Yes , if you write down where the people may see the original 🙂
@@krasimirkostadinov7177 of course !

Facts. I love smart people.

i dont really understand this, can someone explain, like in comparasion to devons lift and then the type of lift Krasi talks about

That's not true, Devon larratt explains how to do it, the elbow isn't necesserry to be paralel
