I have such respect for Carr on how he's handled everything. I hope he has a monster year, he deserves some great success.
That first drive looked so smooth
He should have taken less money on the Raiders. His bad contracts he signed certainly did not help the team win.

I didn't get to see the actual game, but from the highlights he looks like he's gonna fit in just right, and has all the weapons he could ask for around him. Finally getting rid of Jameis and his terrible decision making, thank god.
By october he will be out of his depth just like he is every year. His ONLY hope is that the weaker NFC is just weak enough to elevate his below 15th skill to a point the team can with the game for him.

For some reason I felt fired up when the Saints were up 0:17 vs the Chiefs, I know it’s preseason but gosh. I hope the Saints keep improving everyone as the preseason goes by so when we get into the REAL season, they may become a juggernaut team as long as coaching doesn’t screw us over and injuries do not plague the Saints for the 4th season in a row.
you were up 17 against the chiefs because our second and third string were playing lol, you would have gotten stomped had any of our first string played in the game

@@Davidbenatities lack of “depth”. The culture, as well as the coordinators. Had some groceries but the raiders couldn’t cook 🧑🍳 right. Plus, he has a reliable o-line and having Olave, Thomas, and Kamara hit different. Raiders secondary always been shaky. Offensively we coulda had Gruden cooking, as well as Antonio Brown, Ruggs, Winfrow, Waller. That’s just offense though. Now we’re the Ratriots.

@@Davidbenatities Adams is great but he's ONE guy. Michael Thomas is as good and they have Chris Olave and Rasheed. As for running backs, again Jacobs is awesome but Kamara brings more overall game with his pass catching to the table...and they have last years NFL touchdown leader Jamaal Williams.

AT Perry outta wake forest is gonna be a beast. Almost 6’”4 with cleats on…runs a 4.4 and can jump like crazy. 6 catches for 70 yards and a TD in his first outing. He caught every target thrown his way

I'm not gonna lie but damn do the Saints look good. Gonna be very interesting to see how they do this year especially since their division is going through the middle of rebuild. They look like this years team to beat if the other teams want to control their division.

I saw a few other comments saying that they wanted to see that quarterback in clutch situations but I guess that didn’t really work out well

As a Panther's fan i feel NO is going to win the South this year. I think Carr is the most proven and talented QB in the division atm and will fit in really well with that team. As for KC...well i expect them to be in the SB again....unless injuries hit them.
If Bryce Young can manage the offense I think the panthers will be ok the organization got help at all offensive skill possessions I'm impressed QB RB TE & WR upgrade in 1 off-season I'm worried about your Oline but as a chief fan don't worry Derek Carr will find a way to drop the ball

Carr moving to the Saints might just turn out to be one of the worst Raiders trade in franchise hx. That's JaMarcus Russell level bad idea. Carr looked sharp. Saints wide outs looked sharp. Plus, I hear Jimmy Graham is back and see Kamara catching out the back field. Carr is good. Now, he has weapons and a half ass decent defense. Looking forward to it.
