This is my favorite go to when I can't sleep. I have really bad insomnia; at the time I am writing this I am heading towards 67 without sleep (while drugs sometimes work I usually feel like crap for at least the next day and sometimes it's 36 - 48 hours, so I only use them when I haven't been able to sleep for 78 hours; (by that time I'm slurring my words like a drunk and not making any sense ::{{. I've been listening to this for over 4 hours and it's just not working tonight. It's the light, even though the video is dark and I wear a sleep mask I can still pick up the ambient light. I'd love it if you could make another one that's even darker or put it on a dark screen. It's the sound that lulls me to sleep. I've tried others on dark screens but so many of them have added music to them or they're just not as soothing and calming as this. Thank you - Sleepless in Tennessee
Try putting a towel or several for that matter over the phone. I do that for my alarm clock. I have to go to sleep so good luck with the insomnia.
I put a blanket over my tv screen to kill the light
