every single block you stand on gotta be leaves including what the villager is standing on, make sure the work station isn’t on the ground inside they might spawn on that

Curious if the outpost location matters? I've found an outpost in my realm with friends, but it's not on flat ground.. kinda awkwardly in a mountain. If it doesn't matter, I'd be happy to use it. Just don't want to waste my time.

Try spawn proofing those areas using buttons or leaves or path blocks
Make sure EVERY PLATFORM is a leaf up in the air

The spawning mechanics are not accurate. I'm getting pillagers spawning on the grpund floor even after following your exact method...
Some may still spawn on the ground, but if you AFK 30-40 blocks away they will not be rendered
Place torches in the 3 Stories if that’s A problem you have

I built the farm exactly as you said in the video, and I’ve been at the afk spot for a while and no pillagers have spawned, do you know why?
It may be because you have no villagers by the farm for them to spawn
Try moving up or down, between 25 - 50 blocks

Does it work with an outpost you already raided or does it have to be an untouched one?
Not really because pillagers spawn all the time if your 50+ blocks away so if you raided it it's fine
@@petal809 50 blocks isn't really recommended horizontally and vertically
30-40 Blocks Is best.

What I did I instead of doing a afk area in the sky I did it on the ground and it worked I was around 60-80 blocks away
