Forgot to mention, for the reactor's optimization condition gun, you need to have it equipped in your hands for the extra skill power boost to take effect. If it's just equipped and not in your hands, then you'll have the default 100% skill power
TIL... You could use the access info tab for looking up drop rates like that. I've been farming the wrong patterns this entire time. Didn't know you can cut your reload time in half like that, suddenly I'm dropping all my reload speed mods. I thought those recon missions dropped the extra reward for just completing the mission and that I was just super unlucky. I need Sharen now.
