    At the beginning of the winter I got stuck on a job. The pump operator had a tow strap with him so we used another one of our mixer trucks to pull me out. Company heard about it and went out and bought a tow strap for each truck. Been handy this winter as well.

      We tow if needed, excavators are the usual tow machine for us on jobs.

    My man Moe! Hope you're having as much fun as I am! It just rained here too. Got stuck the other day. Got me a new (old truck) got them electric controls instead of a drum control and switches. Weird driving a Kimble!

    We've got vacancies for drivers at two plants..and no one wants to start on $20.00 ah. We're really busy most days 12- 13 hours and some drivers are complaining about that lol.

    Horton uses pumps on nearly every pour around here except the driveway. I have a short load truck and people love to get me stuck. Twice last week

      Lol man I hate getting stuck. I usually make them sign ticket saying if I get stuck it's there fault.

    We got almost 2 straight weeks of rain out here in Southern California did 1500 yards today and got a 250 yard night pour got get it while it’s good

      My company is 20 or better. It all depends on area. I hear guys up north getting like 28 32 an hour so depends I guess on cost of living.

      Hey Moe I do have a question. When one gets hired, if they are experienced in a front discharge mixer and never even drove a rear can they opt to drive strictly a front discharge?

    Does it ever get freezing where you are? We've been busy this week and working in cold temps ( 0-20 degrees ) and it's alot more work keeping your water lines from freezing and stuff lol
