I was born in Madeira Island and seeing Emily’s reaction when watching the dolphins it’s so understandable, they’re really special to watch! Amazing video Sean & Emily! 👍👍
Madeira must have been a lovely place to grow up! Yeah the dolphins were very special -a most welcomed surprise =) Thanks for your continued support. Sean and Emily
You two do make me laugh, your natural, genuine enthusiasm really is infectious and means this trip really is compulsive viewing, what a totally epic adventure! 👏👍😀🏍
Thanks so much for your kind words! Often we forget the camera is even on and when visiting places like this it's impossible not to be enthusiastic 😀. This is one of our favorite trips of all time and we are loving every minute of it! Thanks as always for your comment. Sean and Emily
So lovely to see this. I've been to the Lofoten islands in 2002, during the time of the midnight sun. It was glorious! We had a freaky heatwave during the first week, with 35 degrees Celsius that far above the arctic circle, so we went swimming in the turqoise Arctic sea and sunbathing on the beautiful wild beaches. Went to the beach with a bottle of wine and fresh food at 2 a.m. and had a picnic under the midnight sun :) Have a good ride!
Hi, thanks for your comment. We were a little bit late in the year for the midday sun. Wow your experience sounds amazing! How cool to go to the beach at 2am and sip wine -an experience I'm sure you will never forget 😎. Thanks for sharing your experience and thanks for watching. Sean and Emily
Thanks Jeff! Glad you enjoyed it- we can't wait to upload the next episode on Wednesday as we explore the Islands! Thanks for your comment Sean and Emily
Stunning as always, but this in particulair, the dolphins around the ferry, the views on the islands. It is as I am looking to a documentary. Keep on going lads!
This gave me goose bumps seeing your reactions as it is exactly what I had last year. I soooo need to go back again. I know you have already completed your trip but I'm sure you've continued to enjoy the Lofoten Islands as they are spectacular.
We have not long got home and are already thinking the same thing! -we have to go back! Yeah the Lofoten islands were great! -next video is out tonight. Thanks for your comment Sean and Emily
Hi, thanks for your comment we hope it brought back fond memories. As you well know it's such a special moment when those sharp mountain peaks come into view! Sean and Emily
absolutely.... thank you for your wonderful contributions, and hard efforts to produce such magnificent footage - Almost every year, I am returning to Norway .... it is second to none... as Sean had stated so well "there are no bad road related experience to be made while riding in Norway"@@SeanandEmily
Hi guys, superb as always. I’m watching this one closely, i think it’ll be a ride of a lifetime. Ive now finished working and this is definitely on my list. Kind regards.
Of all the tours we have done this one is very special indeed. Such a fantastic tour and we can’t recommend it enough. It’s great if you have the free time to Explore as there are so many possibilities! -thinking this won’t be our last Heading North tour 😊 Thanks for your comment! Sean and Emily
Absolutely stunning... but kinda knew it would be! The approach to the Islands, with all those unreal jagged peaks in the background, was quite incredible. Inspiring stuff, you two... cant wait for the next episode 😁😁
Thanks very much! We were not expecting the approach to the islands to be so spectacular! -it felt like we were arriving at an undiscovered land =) Thanks for your comment and we can't wait to upload the next episode (should be out Wednesday) Sean and Emily
Thanks John! It truly did feel magical, when the Dolphins made an appearance it was extra special! Riding off the ferry onto the island was very exciting 😎 Next episode is out Wednesday. Thanks again Sean and Emily

Thanks Matt! We have been fortunate with the calm crossings so far! But yeah we can imagine some of those ferry’s could get a bit stomach churning 🥴. We hope you had a great trip to the north (ferry’s aside) Cheers Sean and Emily
Thanks -glad you enjoyed it. If I remember rightly is was about 7-8 pm. As the earlier crossing was sold out we had to take the later crossing which didn't arrive in the lofoten islands until 10pm. So it was a sunset ferry. Cheers Sean and Emily

The dolphins were probably small whales cald Nise in Norwegian. They are the smallest whales that lives along the coast.
