Dig the cool lightning effect when the laser hits those blue hanging lights around 6:00

Just got one yesterday. Stayed up half the night playing with it. Had to dim it all the way down to it lowest output and it's still bright as hell. Still have lots of exploring to do.

Is the total power 2.5W or is it per RGB/channel?
Was wondering if eye protection is needed when the lasers reflect from the wall?
Would be used in a club setting.

2.5w total. When you go through the variance process in the US, X-Laser will walk you through all of the safety precautions, and yes, you need to not shoot the laser at mirrors which direct the laser into people. That is really important!

I have personally gotten eye damage from a blue 1.25W laser spot ON THE WALL. You do not need a direct hit to cause eye damage. Just a regular wall.

@@jaredf6205 definitely good to know for consideration. Maybe more diffusion and spacing is needed I think. Been one of my concerns.

I think the following is bad ... 1. The missing laser safety glasses. 2. The bag. Worked too cheaply, whereby the attachment to the top cover is wrong and to small.

The newer bags are better than the older ones, FYI. And the glasses are not included in the US as from a liability perspective, including glasses makes the assumption that you can shoot the laser in your eyes full-time if you have the glasses on....and that's just not true!
