Anyone on here have a "semi-professional" woodshop? Does the downstairs of this garage have sufficient space to create a workshop?? I would have a rolling workbench in the middle where I can move it to park my vehicle...I would also be building a pretty nice miter saw station as well as a big outfeed table to go with my table saw. This is an incredible garage with a very nice apartment upstairs. Y'all did a fantastic job designing it!
We had this garage built (with the apartment above) at the same time we had our new house built. The total cost was right around $50k. My mother in law lives in the apartment above and she loves it. The outer size is approximately 34 feet wide by 33 feet deep/long. Remove about a foot from each for the interior size, plus some of the cutouts for the stairs, mud room, and furnace/HVAC closet. The apartment above is approx 1200 square feet with a full kitchen, bath, bedroom, living room, and a mud room/foyer entrance at ground level. Guess I never posted a finished video! I'll have to do that some time soon.

Hey their wow this was an amazing build and I myself just like so many others here would like to ask if theirs any chance of getting a version of the plans to this project I want to build something similiar to this just not so big my version would probably be a 1/3 of it being that I have limited space I only want a single car garage and a studio up top I have a total space of 20x20

How much of it did you do yourself? Was it 50k from complete start to finish? Including slab, electric, plumbing, and interior finish?

Ok, obviously you failed inspection or it's a non permitted build. You have no fire blocks in any of the wall cavities.
What does it look like from the yard?
I would think getting the natural gas, sewer and water lines out there would be costly and a lot of red tape.
