All of this food looks good. I went to the store recently to buy some noodles and other items but found theres a lot of sodium. Do people in Korea have an issue with sodium intake? Is there a way to modify the recipes to remove the majority of sodium? I have heart issues so its an issue for me but would love to try making some of this food since it looks so good.
This is just from consuming a lot of content on Korean content, so it may not be entirely accurate ... I get the sense that store-bought foods tend to be high in sodium, American and Korean, and Korean meals like the ones she made aren't too salty if you make them yourself. I know that some people will be real serious about only adding half the packet of seasoning if they do eat ramen though. Everybody has different dietary needs, so I guess maybe it will feel like a sacrifice for flavor at times, hopefully not 😊
