Dude. Sort your packages in the numerical sequence per tote. In the EDV I can sort out 2 to 3 totes on the middle shelf, per side of the van. Even if you get 20 totes 30 Overflow. If you load out smart, your day Flys by easy.
yeah my method works pretty good for me, I get done ahead of Amazon's promised times. I tried sorting in numerical order, but realized I was taking too long sorting and it slowed me down lol. For me what works is I just empty a tote, boxes on the shelf behind the driver seat, packages on the other side, sorted into groups of 10. example, the 820's in a pile, the 830's in a pile etc... and things wizz by fast for me. Sometimes what works for one person does not work for another. Thanks for watching!
i just finished my drving test today and using the electric van, im so nervous about the size and the accelarator and breaking about this van but luckyly it wasnt that hard to adapt
No needs to be nervous, just take your time, you'll adapt pretty quick. Also, nearly all DSPs don't put new drivers in EDVs, you will like start in a gas van like the Sprinter, Promaster or Transit, especially while you do your nursery routes. And that time in those will get you used to driver a larger vehicle, so when you go to the DV, its not as big of a change to a larger vehicle in terms of driving it. Thanks for Watching and good luck!
How do part time positions work ? Im currently doing Amazon flex but if dsp offers flexible part time position i might give it a try . Nice content by the way 💪
Hey thanks for watching. You'd have to ask the DSP you want to work for about part time. At my current DSP, they allow part time and full time and are pretty flexible for days off also. I know of some DSPs that let you work at little as one day a week, some two days a week and some three days for part time positions. You can probably ask which DSPs allow this inside some of the many forums out there for Amazon Delivery Drivers. But to the best of my knowledge, all or most DSPs have both part time and full time positions.
The video is very interesting how you go about your day in delivery of the packages that get to the customers. I myself just recently am in the on boarding process of being a deliver driver in my area. The one question I am wondering about is do they give you a company phone to use for delivery process? or do you have to personally use your own phone to scan and photo the delivery? Thank you
Hello and thanks for watching. Yes, your DSP will give you a phone which we call a "rabbit", which has the necessary apps and tools for you to do your route. There are other safety tools on it as well and its important that you familiarize yourself with them. They also come preprogramed with LMET's number on there in case you ever encounter a situation while out on your route. It's a direct line to an Amazon department dedicated to helping drivers who have gotten into a bad situation or are injured or have an accident.Good luck. Which Station are you starting at, do you know the station code?
Another youtuber just lost his job one day after uploading a "my day at work" as an amazon driver - so if theres justice you might be unemployed too... be careful...
Why would he lose his job? Did he show confidential customer, employee, or company information? Did he share or reveal proprietary information about how Amazon's delivery system works that's not already out there in the news and released by Amazon's own public relations, did he/she make disparaging or false remarks about Amazon or his DSP, did he do something in the video that is against Amazon's or his DSP's policies on safety or operational procedures ? If he was fired, it was because of one of those things. I do not believe I have crossed any of those lines in this video. Perhaps there's more to the story other than "he just lost his job because he made a video". Maybe he's been written up previously for other problems, and his video you mention violated one or more of the conditions I mentioned above and that was finally it for him? There are so many other people on UA-cam making these same videos with a lot bigger exposure, views, subscribers and a much bigger following. And yet month after month, year after year they are still making videos, often times breaking rules on camera. Why is the person you're referencing different that he was fired but so many others with a large following don't seem to get fired? I feel like there's more to the story. But honestly, can you tell me where in my video I have broken a rule about making videos? If there is some policy, I'd like to know about it, I don't recall any policy in any of the paperwork I signed.
@@Mestizo90gracias tanks for this information. I was concerned about making videos of Amazon since I started vloging. I’m still learning. I’ve never asked much DSP permission to vlog but I think it shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t record customers face I’m in Florida

So unorganised you van is😂,you gotta get at least a tray to put this envelopes in order😉
my DSP is super strict and refuses to let us have anything up front. my way of organizing works for me and I get done on time or ahead of time.
@@Mestizo90 the only way u finish on time is if they give u the easiest routes possible because they noticed u are low iq.
