Laurel and arthaus were great additions. It finally gets rid of the pile feel, where the center is the tallest, and then it just steadily dwindles away.
I love how there's a view from every direction. Everywhere you look, there's a building that can orient you to your location. I'm always looking for my apartment, The Drake. This is just lovely and shows how beautiful my city is. Thank you!

Love the music. Reminds me of my time as a kid in Southern California between 1979 & 1982.. My dad and his family were big Steely Dan fans as well as Gino Vinelli, Chic Corea, Chuck Manjonie, Quincy Jones and Patti Austin, and the Crusaders who sang Street Life. I'd love listening in the car while driving up PCH to see family in San Francisco or San Diego.. Then I'd return to Philly for school. Loved both places. Great work Sir. 😉👍
I love this City. In my opinion all cities that were newly built tried to mimic of essence of Philadelphia's Center City. It was the very first intentionally designed city. With ideas of social economics with in its smaller city structure. Yet packing huge city success.

LMAO! Rent is actually LOW compared to other cities like NY Boston DC etc. There are plenty of good jobs as long as you have a decent education. Center City is very safe educated and most residents have high incomes. There are problem neighborhoods to north and west of Center City but most people never go there. @@doseofinformation211
I love our skyline, but my mind has changed as of late. I don’t want skyscrapers and supertalls’. My mind changed when the Technology Building was built. William Penn is hidden, and that’s a travesty.
It seems Philly is trying to be more like NY. I’m from Philly and love it. I think supertalls’ are gaudy and ugly. Philadelphia should not be trying to emulate ny. A smaller skyline was what set us apart from ny and Chicago- 2 cities that are extremely overrated.
