If I was a millionaire, I'd buy you a tiny little house deep in the alps on top of a 4000 meter mountain equipped with a mind blowing sound system and I would sit next to that house listening to that tune while watching the milky way. Fantastic!

The fact that you name the synths used in the description as well… this is probably the coolest thing I’ve seen in a long time, on a very serious note. I’m not even big on synth music but this is just brilliant and mesmerizing to listen to.

I discovered your Vangelis "cover" work a while ago, but I just have to leave a comment. I must say that "cover" is a dirty word when listening to your sublime work! Your music is not a cover, but a tribute. You are by far the best, if not only person besides Vangelis himself that can produce a sound so close to the original that it is indeed interchangeable like another commenter said. Great work, please keep it up, I keep coming back here to listen. Thank you thank you thank you!

Years later, after I first experienced this, it is still the best, most authentic sounding rendition of one of the best synth tracks every conceived from film.

It's completely amazing to me just how underrated the ESQ-1 is. It's an amazing synth and they only go for around $200!
If anybody here is looking to get into to synths, the ESQ-1 is the way to go. The programming can be a bit intimidating at first, but in time you will be making some bad-ass sounds on it.

Jarre and Vangelis have been among my favourite musicians/composers since my high school days. Even 20 years later I still get gooseflesh listening to their music.
I've seen quite a few covers over the years by other musicians. And only a few of them actually manage to get it right. You sir, are definately one of the few. Good work :)

I bought an ESQ 1 when it first came out. Sold it. Bought another one a few years back to see if I could do a better job at programming it a second time around. Sold that one, too. I never got a patch out of it that sounds this good. I always knew there was more there in that ESQ 1 than I was touching. Great job.
