In case y'all ask, yes the *Entire map* is under a blackout, you can see it by yourself and roam around it before going to the skylight

If would have been even more epic if the satellite zoomed out on the whole earth and the whole world had a blackout, but i guess that wouldn't make sense since ctOS isn't global
