Can't we see Russian satellites with nuclear warheads on them aiming at USA during sunrise and sunset when they would reflect better. And wouldn't there rotation or orbit be same as earth so there always above us?

The thing that I remember was they said there is More Dark Matter than Light Matter and they didn’t know what it is. But they said it was Everywhere and could pass through you without you knowing it was there. Sounds like Spirit Matter to me. Science hardly has any answers to Anything!
How much information can there be for answering the question of, " how dark is space?" I would think that the answer, pretty dark would be sufficient.
