Alessandro Ippati that’s pretty insensitive man
@@AlessandroIppati I get you bro. Kathy made those videos so nice to look at. The sole thing I hope is that he doesn't add another awkward dude to his videos.
Glad you are back! 🤩
What camera and lens you use for vlog like this ?
I believe that is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to mention that if you go to any cenotes you have to use biodegradable sunscreen or tanning lotion! Since these are all natural places and cenotes are a huge part of an underwater system we shouldn’t pollute them!
Unfortunately, I don’t think he cares about protecting the environment. He clearly doesn’t even respect other people (completely disregarding COVID risks).
@@SacramentoLisa so because of covid we shouldnt go anywhere?
@Maria N Not for more than 1 million people, it doesn’t. I hope for your sake you don’t experience what it’s like to lose someone simply because someone else had that same selfish attitude.
@Maria N not for all people. In Mexico we have almost 100k deads of covid and people like Chris think it's a good idea travel and take pictures and made videos encouraging people to come here. Our health service is trash and the Mexican government doesn't manage well this quarantine. No, the things that Christian shows in his videos are only the good things in Tulum and that's because he has money. We call them here "covidiotas"
Seriously. How did he miss that?
4 time Tulum visitor here, great review. Only thing to point out is there is a massive supermarket on the main road that goes from Centro to the beach side called Chedraui. Average prices and good to stop by and pick up snacks etc. on your way to the beach or to grab groceries if you’re staying at an apartment in town.
Thank you for this! I noted this for my trip
I’ve been following Christian for years now and I still enjoy his videos, personality and story telling. Keep going my man
Love this new style of video Christian! This saves us travelers hours of research! Keep up the hard work!
P.S. thanks for the summary of restaurants and hotels at the end, this helps out budget travelers all the way to ultra-luxury travelers.
Nomade is wonderful. I stayed there a couple years ago and absolutely loved it.
Tulum’s spectacular coastline - with all its confectioner-sugar sands, cobalt water and balmy breezes - makes it one of the top beaches in Mexico.
from Dubai to Bali to Tulum where ever Im travelling in this world I have your vlogs to back me up . Love you God Bless
Cancun and Tulum is really a beautiful place starting from food, crystal clear blue water and everything is definitely a worth to visit. Thanks Christian for giving us the information. 🤩
Here are some options while we wait for the travel to open back up! Let me know what you think! Hopefully it gets you excited and considering Puerto Rico!

Loving you lost.! Awesome adventure ❣️❣️❗️
I love posting one of the first comments here because now you must like it. Seriously though I want to go here now.
I liked it ;)
Thank you for helping our country thru tourism.
This place looks so beautiful .
Amazing video! You always do such awesome work for your videos. Thank you for all the great content 🥰❤️
I went to Tulum 4 years ago and loved it! We stayed at an all-inclusive resort called Grand Oasis Tulum. Also did the whole tourist excursion to Chichen Itza, Ik Kil Cenote, Isla Mujeres, etc. Love your videos and how you formatted this one as an itinerary with helpful suggestions. My only "complaint" or two cents I'd personally add would be to add in the range of pricing for the places you suggested for meals or tours. What do you mean by "a little expensive" and "crazy expensive?" How much did you spend on each meal? How much would one expect to pay for the different tours you went on?
love Tulum had visited it in 2020 just before COVID-19, wish one day go back!
Thank you for sharing all of your research and hard work. Appreciate it!
Thx for all the descriptions/ short notices. Much easier to find and travel the shown destinations. Muchas Gracias, regards from Germany
I miss traveling so much, had to watch some traveling videos and put up my own as well 😱✈️
I really love the shots and the edit, it’s so amazing! Your voice completes this video! Thank you for taking me with you! :)
❤️🙏🏼
Thanks for encouragement in your previous videos to get up and travel. We have started a channel and not getting much love but good things take time and excited for the adventure. Tulum is definitely on the bucket list now thanks to you :)
So glad I decided to watch this video and not the news. Your work is amazing!
This was an awesome video. I really loved it. It was just so densely Jam packed with information! I really loved that the travel ideas weren’t a typical tourist style itinerary but took you to some hidden gems as well as the famous spots. Tulum looks like an amazing place to visit and it almost reminded me a bit of Bali (anyone else think that??)
Odette Popko it’s a Lovely place, lived in Tulum for 2 years... and you said it’s the typical information, faraway from Mexican culture and Life. Place he mentioned are too expensive and honestly y not too good, haha, he missed better information to share.
@@mariabonitastudio81 it looked like a paid advertisement.. I'm disappointed that so many are missing how off this one is

I only just discovered your channel. Wow. The cinematography, your narration, editing...really inspiring. I can't wait to start putting videos up of my adventures. Seriously inspiring. Thank you. 🙂💜
I normally don't comment on travel vlogs but you outdid yourself with this one - excellent content, cinematography, and last but not least, editing. Really well done!!
Thanks Doug. Appreciate that
@@lostleblanc you take such beautifully photos and thank you for your vlog and understanding of the protest in Canada it is really terrible they are listed as terrorists

Love it! Been to Cancun but never to Tulum definitely on the bucket list now🤩❤️
Great tip about Tulum Centro!! I love these itinerary videos!!
I think you should talk more about the history and culture behind places, to me your video is just visiting places to mark a check on them, and that is sad specially in a country with such an amazing culture as Mexico
But thats another type of travel isn't it?
Not everyone is into history. You are basicly saying he is not appreciating the place. The same can be said about you. You are focusing on the past, thus missing and not appreciating the present moment.

@@muchachita26 HAHAHAH I KNOW SO FUNNY, RIGHT??
Just came back from Tulum and we’re still dreaming about the Tres Leches cake from La Zebra and the cochinita pibil from Taqueria Honorio 🤤
I just booked my ticket for december! How was it?? I cant stop looking up everything related to Tulum.
David C it was great! We spent 11 days in Tulum Centro and 4 days down at the beach. It’s almost like 2 completely different towns but I love the way we split it up. We ended up renting a car for the Centro portion and I think it was for the best. You’re able to explore a lot more. I appreciated Centro for being more affordable and more of a local experience. BUT for beachy, relaxing vibes the Beach zone is amazing. Def recommend booking a hotel right on the beach so you can soak it all up. Plus it’s much more pleasant walking up and down the beach itself instead of walking up and down the beach road.
@@EmmaOfer ok awesome. Thank you so much. One last question, how are food prices? I'm going on a budget and don't want to spend too much on food.. is around 5 dollars a meal realistic?
David C In Centro it’s very realistic! Tacos are going to be 10-18 pesos each and you’ll probably eat 4 of them. Beer at a casual spot is like 35 pesos. You can also check out Palma Central (it’s like a food truck spot) in Centro. Down by the beach it’s going to be much harder but possible. La Eufemia is literally on the beach and they have tacos for 20-35 pesos each. Clan Destino (the place with the little Cenote in the video) is also on the beach road and you can get a burger and a beer for like $10. If you’re planning to stay by the beach and have the strict budget there is a place called The Store - it’s like a big convenience store but it has a deli section where you can buy some good sandwiches, empanadas, tamales, etc. SUPER cheap and pretty tasty. The beachfront is public so you could even grab something from there and eat it on the beach.
Here are some options while we wait for the travel to open back up! Let me know what you think! Hopefully it gets you excited and considering Puerto Rico!

Hi! I’m trying to plan a trip to Mexico with my friends for a few days and then with my family. My family was thinking an all inclusive hotel in Cancun is the way to go! What are your thoughts between staying in Tulum and staying in Cancun for December?
I’m planning on going soon..What are your advice?
Lol, if you go to Mexico and ask for Juan, you are surely not going to end up with that specific Juan. Too many Juans.
xd
Lmao
juan too many. lol
jajaja that´s true! I am Mexican and my first Name is Juan... so, that´s the reason I use my last name in my youtube channel name... :P
Might be the juan that gets away
Tulum is stunning‼️
Tulum looks breathe taking! 💛🧡
This is a very nice video! I love Mexico :). Unfortunately, it was travelers that spread COVID around the world, and it will continue to be travelers until who knows when. As someone from the USA we are not welcome elsewhere because we don't have control established here. I'm a hardcore international traveler and can't wait to get back! Thanks again for the video and stay safe, I'm subscribed to your really good channel.

My wishes have a lowered! I wish we could go to the local market like we did before Covid!! Oh work my way back to traveling But right now that seems like 1,000 years ago SIGH
Cancun was actually open (and might still be) this summer- one of the only ones. I got to swim with whale sharks, dive a cenote, and visit an underwater museum there during the pandemic! You just gotta do your research and it'll pay off
great video, thanks for making
Wow was waiting for this, this is epic !
My man is single and mingling
Great vid, but I'd like to offer some corrections. There are about 3 great grocery stores in town, that offer huge selection, much more than than hippy market. As of October the nightlife is back open, till 1am. Lastly, the internet, lots of places in Centro, La Valetta, and Aldea Zama have workable medium to high speed internet, that is unless a hurricane comes through.
Yes, I was thinking the same thing - isn't there a Chedraui on the road to the beach area of Tulum?
@@dougrock8519 exactly. Thats a very huge western style grocery mega store. Not sure how one misses that.
Love love love for the value you're providing ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Glad I can help :)
Tulum looks wonderful. I was in Playa del Carmen a couple months ago, wish I would of visited Tulum!!
Miss kathy!
Is the Ado bus not driving anymore from cancun to Tulum? Are you able to make videos showing the more local side and affordable side of Tulum? This video is great, but doesn’t show much local food, local cenotes, air b and bs in central Tulum. As someone who’s come here very often I feel like a lot was left out!!
Aileen Werner yes, there is ado bus traveling from Cancun to Tulum... and yes, i agree this video is superficial, not the real Tulum or Mexico. He missed lots of options,
It’s the gringo experience lol
Excellent video, way better than most travel shows on TV.
