From England.....and that as vaguely specific as it gets. This is from the album Bad Habits, 1979. Apparently this band was huge in Canada, not so big in their home country, the UK and completely overlooked in the US.

I put on "Bad Habits" and it becomes impossible to be in a bad mood . It was a couple of guys from The Strabs kinda having a go at the punk rockers. They performed this on Top of the Pops, well as much as bands were actually allowed to. Then Johnny Rotten gave them a Bullocks rating on some other TV show and that kinda killed any momentum going in England. But in Canada? There was an album anniversary party in Toronto several years ago. One of they guys came over. A bunch of bands played covers. There may be an album of it.
