- Alright, in this AU, Kiyoko and Hinata Had been friends since they were 3 years old. They met, Ennoshita when they were 5 years old. Since, Hinata is very kind and caring, both kiyoko and ennoshita hot attached and would fight for hinata's attention. Kiyoko, is like hinata's older sister since she is protective over hinata and would not like it if someone hurts him. Ennoshita, started liking Hinata when they were at middle school. Kiyoko, knows that Ennoshita likes Hinata, she trust him but she's still protective. Hinata, then moved to another country because of his parents jobs, kiyoko and enno was sad that he had to move and so was hinata. Kiyoko and enno calls hinata in their free time everyday since they miss him, both of them still fights for hinata's attention though, but not much anymore since both kiyoko and enno goes to the same high school and they don't talk much there to hide the fact that they're actually really close, and to also avoid fighting and making kiyoko show her true self because she doesn't want anyone to know that she's actually that kind of person. Well, not until hinata transferred to the same school as kiyoko and enno.

I actually don't know too, I guess I just wanted them to call him that 😅
You can think of it as being more intimate or close to the person because for Japanese ppl calling ppl first name basis (in this case Shoyo), means that either they are very close to the person or the person is comfortable and okay with others calling them like that. Usually everyone uses last names (in this case Hinata)
