Jessi you are great and smart! Thank you for all the FREE education! It truly has helped me progress as a stylist thank you so much!! And to all those attacking her... get a life! First off not every stylist does everything the exact same, secondly you should eyeball bleach but you have to understand consistency and the brand of bleach you are using etc and you will get perfect results you are looking for! And also sometimes overlapping can be fine!! If they hair is not severely compromised, and can handle it, especially with lower developer etc it’s fine!!

I've seen in a lot of your videos that you overlap your lighter on already very light hair, could you explain that in a video? like when you would or why or how does it not get damaged bc I always pick out my lighted pieces
The overlap is crazy in this video😅😅I really admire your job and the successful company that you have but I would change the way that you work bangs and sides and avoid all the broken hair...is painful

When hair isn't as light as it possibly can be you can overlap. U don't overlap level 10 hair but she does have videos on it look at her channel there's a ton of fun ones to check out!
You can see there is damage in the front. If you are going to overlap I would always use a lower developer on the already blonde pieces, usually even just 5vol will give you lift if it’s going to be sitting while you work on the rest of the head. Or if you’re using 20 you could use 10vol on the ends etc. And still only if the hair is healthy enough to handle it

If the desired result is achieved after they’ve already had a thorough consultation between the two of them about what to expect as far as probable damage and realistic expectations then just mind your business and take something positive away from the free education you chose to watch on UA-cam.

I love this! What shampoo and conditioner/ products or habits do you recommend for someone whose hair is really soft after the first couple of days but after that becomes really clumpy and brittle?

I love Olaplex for this - clumpy and brittle, especially on bleached hair, can mean that you're lacking moisture. I love Olaplex #3!
I dont watch tik tok at all, so havent seen this going around as such... however, this (blonde only in the front) used to be all the trend when I was a teen, in the 70s lol...

Lovely her hair did look a little compromised after the blow dry but I guess that’s to be expected!
You're definitely going to experience a little dryness with so much processing but we were able to clean up through the health cut and she'll improve with proper hair care!

I’m in cosmetology school and the hardest thing for me to do is formulate the toners 😩
Always think about existing tones that you want to cancel out and then what tones you want to deposit! If you’re canceling out lots of brass or warmth formulate a shade darker. Keep in mind hair porosity and the color wheel and you’ll be good to go 😊👍🏼
