Xiaolong Guo | NSF CAREER Award

Xiaolong Guo, assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering, has received a nearly $500,000 Faculty Early Career Development, or CAREER, Award from the National Science Foundation.
His project, "CAREER: When Learning Meets Reasoning: Mitigating Security Risks with Large Language Models and Causality Inference," intends to address security vulnerabilities in hardware that can be exploited through software, posing risks to both semiconductor companies and end-users.
