Have you used or heard of the software modules LPML and LCalcMC. I had to use both in a recent project. Two really great pieces of software. LPML for OMAC states and modes of a machine and LCalcMC for calculating times for an axis to move from A to B. Great when you have to start an axis in order to reach B at a certain time in the future. Maybe it could be material for a video. Especially states of a machine could be a really complex task if you want to cover all states in the OMAC (or PackML) model. LPML was a breeze to use :)

    Hegamurl hi dear friend
Can you please help me with this one I'm beginner on Tia
    This is the exercise
A beverage bottle filling installation consists of:
    • Two tanks (water and concentrated juice) with two valves V1 and V2 electrically controlled by two coils,
    • Two conveyor belts driven by motors M1 and M2,
    • A V1 linear pneumatic cylinder and a V2 cylinder controlled by two 5/2 pneumatic distributors (electrical control),
    • An intermediate shelf which will allow each time to transfer 6 bottles and go down during each transfer to continue the process,
    • Two direct reflection optical sensors, C1 to detect the bottles in the filling position and C2 to count the number of bottles before each transfer,
    Objective :
Program the management of the operating modes of the installation according to the following indications:
    • The installation is energized at input I0.1 (push button)
    • The installation is switched off at input I0.2 (push button)
    • In the event of an emergency, the installation is stopped by the emergency stop at input I1.5 which, if activated, the program closes the valves V1 and V2 (Q0.0 and Q0.1), stops the motors M1 and M2 (Q0.2 and Q0.3), cuts the air supply Q1.0 and displays a flashing red warning light signal Q1.1
    • When the installation is powered up, you can select the operating mode:
    - Manual mode with I0.0=0 and in automatic mode with I0.0=1
    - The operating mode selected is validated by pressing the Start button and the AUTO / MANU selector
    • To activate manual mode, press the On button then select MANU, in MANU mode you can press:
    - Opening of valves V1 and V2 at inlet I1.0 (cleaning)
    - Advance motor M1 of the conveyor belt to input I0.6
    - Advance motor M2 to input I0.7
    - Advance cylinder 1 to input I1.1
    - Move cylinder 1 back to input I1.2
    - Advance cylinder 2 to input I1.3
    - Move cylinder 2 back to input I1.4
    - Acknowledge the alarm at input I0.3
    • To activate automatic mode, press the On button then select AUTO. In this mode, the green lamp Q1.3 lights up flashing.
    In automatic mode:
    - The program begins by opening the air supply valve, positioning cylinder 1 (cylinder1 backward) and cylinder 2 (cylinder backward), starts motor M2 after 3s and M1 after 2s.
    - If C1=1 (detection of C1): motor M1 is stopped, valve V1 opens for 2s and valve V2 opens for 3s, 2 s after closing of V2 motor M1 starts for the next bottle.
    - If the number of bottles counted is equal to 6 (comptC2¬¬= 6; counter linked to sensor C2) the transfer takes place, (in the case where comptC2

Unfortunately not... it was more of a "learning experience" for me. Looking at it now I realize how many mistakes I made and how much I've improved in just a year using Unity
