How long dod you have to wait to put resin after putting tarmac down?

Why tarmac first before resin? Can resin not be put on MOT directly? Thanks.

Hi we Like to get 125mm mot and 60mm of tar on this job we went in at 80 / 90mm of tar to level up didn’t get the stone perfect on the left side
