What boggles me is the horns under the helmet...
i thought it didn't make sense either but you can see the shape actually conform in a way where you could slide the helmet underneath them and put it on, and there's enough space for the ballistic visor to go over as well
I think it's meant to represent the fact that she's dead now, and has likely gone to hell.

I recognized it as well. There’s no escape from Tarkov. It will always be with you. And no matter how frustrating the game gets, you keep coming back, because nothing can ever give the same surge of adrenaline and fear anymore.
