Yes! I agree with you. I just went to Disneyland unplanned and if it weren't for the cast members it would have been a very different experience (for the worse).

Oddly for me, this almost strike has more Disneyland vibes than the whole park post-covid, I hope all CM get a fair salary 🎉

I haven't been following this, but thanks for talking about it. I think there are probably parallels to how some people feel visiting Hawaii as well. Should they feel guilty for coming here knowing that many locals are struggling to get by? Hope you guys have fun. 🤙

I was just there a few days ago and it is so hot and crowded. The workers are having to work so hard to keep up. My cousin works at Disneyland, and he is ok with the workload, but you can see many others are not. I did feel bad for them. It's a large amount of fast-paced work in the heat. They should be treated better and given more money. I watched one man yelling at one of the cast members, and you could see she felt scared. Enjoy your trip, but maybe go up to some of the workers and thank them for all their hard work. It was a great vacation for me and my son, thanks to their hard work
