Who's pony needs to see this 😂Remember that as you build up your horse's fitness, you can extend the periods of canter (just make sure you are also extending your walk periods, too)

Every time I watch a video of riding in the UK I am blown away by the beauty, land and stables. Thanks for the share.

Thanks Olivia! I have a few similar ones coming up: how to get your horse to hack out alone + how to be confident cantering in open spaces / on an excited horse. Let me know if there's anything else you're struggling with in this area!

Thanks Rhi that sounds amazing 😀 would you be able to do a video on how to get your horse to listen to your transition when you ask them instead of them doing it when they decide in another 2 Strides 🤣 xxx

How much would he weigh at a healthy weight and how much do you weigh? If you know how much he should weight when perfectly fit then take that amount and the weight on his back should be 20%-25% of his weight or less. Hope this helps! ^^

Hi Rhi, I was wondering if I could have your permission to use your video on a blog I'm doing about Horse Fitness? I'm located in the US (from Australia originally lol) My store is ZenHorseSaddlery.com I would be happy to put a link to your fb page or website if you have one
