council RUINED my exhaust :(

anyone who’s under 18 watching this please excuse my foul language i just am unable to express how much i dispise any local government that is unable to provide adequate facilities for my vehicles, if i pay tax, i should be able to drive on the road without ruining my car and apparently that’s not the case
