Thats a good observation, however on the back wall and the other side, there is no barbed wire, meaning it was installed by the owner of the house next door. For sure when you are outside of a gated community, you need to provide your own security.

You guys ask a lot of money for these sub par houses...no central air and washer dryer looks like something you put in a college dorm
