Border Forest Holiday Park, near Otterburn, Northumberland, UK. Nice little site in the middle of nowhere in Northumberland. Nearest town is called Hawick (pronounced Hoyk) which is 26 miles over the border into Scotland. Peaceful retreat if you want to go for walks along the Pennine Way. Bring all your food and drink with you as the nearest shop is 8 miles away!

@@Roadshome yes it was hoyking it down last night. Same tonight. Got some proper walking boots but don’t want to get them muddy. All quiet here. They offer pitches at £1800 for 8 months fully serviced. Wouldn’t want to stay here that long but the price is very good. Genuinely free to travel further from the 4th August so we’ll make plans to meet 👍🌧️ G.
