    I love cooking fish in parchment paper. I also have tiny red potatoes, asparagus, and grape tomatoes. Dinner tonight!

    This dish was SO DELICIOUS! And extremely easy to make. One of the prettiest to plate as well :) - My new summertime go to meal:)
