    Thanks for the video. I have " pulled " my share of mustard from the grain field and I have grown some in the garden to eat .
    It's my favorite greens to eat.

    One thing I've read is that, for some people, the back stuff can be related to gallstones and/or liver or gallbladder sluggishness (thick bile).

    Thank you. Very informative. Now I have to go find some plants to save the seeds. I can use them for arthritic pain. Would brewing the seeds make a good drink for a pet with arthritis?😊🌿

      My dog has Lyme and with this arthritic-like stiffness he gets, I give him glucosamine every day, vitamin C, and cod liver oil!! Keeps him healthy!!

    Will give that a try. I gather it can be found in Ontario.
