    Hi Gina
    I have viewed so many of your designs on you tube.
    I have at least 6 of your projects i’ve made. This is stunning. My beads for this project should be here in a couple of days
    I have learned so much from you. I didn’t dare try peyote, herringbone or any stitch until your videos.
    I am more of a visual learner than actually reading a pattern. Keep up the good work. This is just gorgeous.

    Gina, this is gorgeous. The thumbnail doesn't do it justice. I will definitely give this a try. It's starts out in a familiar way but then takes on a whole new direction. Very clever. This did turn out to big on you. Maybe leaving out the picots on each end would make it just right for you?

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  5 років тому +2

      Rhonda Williams Yes, actually, I think I would make 13 components and modify the ends with crystal units of RAW, because 13 would be too small. The picots eliminated would help, but it’s so big when I put it on the small part of my wrist, it falls down onto my hand....oh, the dilemma of designing as you create...next one will be better.

    • @rhondawilliams9449
      @rhondawilliams9449 5 років тому +2

      I think what you created is beyond gorgeous. I could at first see the possibility for a necklace by pulling just the top row into a curve by linking the picots with a strung connection of sorts (SB Crystal SB). I haven't really thought it out but I saw it in my head for a brief second as you were creating. But then I lost it. You teacher me student. LOL. @@GinasGemCreations

      @rhondawilliams9449 5 років тому +1

      Look forward to seeing the RAW design. Sounds complicated. I actually have the RAW down. I never thought it would happen but one day the window blinds went up and there it was all making sense. @@GinasGemCreations

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  5 років тому

      Rhonda Williams yes, that’s the way it happens, suddenly he pattern makes sense. I am designing a necklace too, but I ran out of the nickel Toho 11/0s, so I must wait for them to come, they weren’t easy to find either, sold out everywhere.

    Hi Gina I have been watching your videos for about a month now, I make pendants from my paintings and would like to start adding beading instead of just a chain. I love this bracelet and was wondering if I used a single row of the components would it be strong enough. I am new to beading and was thinking that trying your single components would be a good way to practice. Oh and to add I wish I could get those lovely bargain boxes in the uk. I could listen to you for ever. X

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  4 роки тому +1

      Yes, you could do a single row, you will probably have to modify the connections, but yes, they are strong enough to stand alone. Thank you for the nice comment!

      I know, that thread catching is so aggravating! I have to use great control not to cuss, on video, that is....off camera, anything goes🤪. I bought my clasp at a local beading store. I just went in and asked the owner to show me clasps, we picked this one out together.

    Gorgeous bracelet!! I just had to let you know that your voice is so calming, it put my post-surgery pup to sleep this evening. She hasn’t been resting very well since surgery Friday (to repair both broken bones in her left front leg) and I was just holding her while watching the video on my iPad. After a few minutes she dropped her head and was sound asleep!!! 💜💜💜
