Amazing work done by Spike. A true professional. I can't say enough about how easy it was to communicate with him during this build. And the quality of the design as well as the work done really shines through. This a very tough and rugged design that will provide years of enjoyment. Thanks again Spike for the amazing job.
Wow.. you're so genius and your plane sooo.. perfect. And very stable to fly. I love the air brakes system, and every detail you have made. It's looks like not homemade aircraft and even better than aircraft industry manufacture.
Hi Spike. I’m a big fan of your creations and videos, please keep up the good work. This one is probably the most beautiful plane you’ve ever made, isn’t? Btw, I’m going to by a Gemini v2 pretty soon!
There is a plate with 4 screws per wing and plywood gussets to capture the screws. so double what it should take to secure the wing. there are also two locating dowels, besides the carbon tube. to assure alignment and torsional strength.
Will build it at some point in time, I bought the plans years ago :). An old school build, modular, with huge potential. Any plan to add floats & flaps?
A re-designed wing could have flaps, but there are challenges to designing flaps that do not de-stabilize the aircraft in several ways. I've designed floats before for a Sig Senior Kadet, but don't see much need for floats on Gemini. I'd love to see it though. Should be possible to adapt an existing float kit!

Man you complete some really cool stuff. There is one thing to have a vision but another to complete it. Well done.
I got my kit and can’t wait to build it. The Gemini V-2 is a true workhorse. I had planned on translucent monokote in red.
That would look Awesome! Can you send pics when it's complete?
Very well put together. Ive been following the project for over a year now and it;s cool to see the improvements and refinement over time.
That really is a thing of beauty, Spike! I really enjoy seeing new videos from you.
Very relaxing to watch the Gemini cruise at low altitudes.
Even with the air brakes, that aircraft just wants to fly. Amazing build, great fan.

That is one sexy long range plane!
Its awesome, very nice plane. 👏
Spike! This thing is amazing! Great build! Travis, I'm jealous! Travis, how are you going to get around the BLOS rules?
Not sure, but I do know you can see a plane of this size for miles.
hahaha hell yeah! A strobe light would help too
@@MatthewHeiskell with the clear covering, you could light the whole plane up like Vegas at night.:)P
Very nice ! hello how do you lock the wings together ?

How can i am buy this jemini kit?
