Wow, what a beautiful piece! You can see that he admires Tony Bose in that stunning blade. You can witter on as long as you like as far as I’m concerned, as long as you’re talking about beauties like this. I have often wondered if I should sell my entire collection and just own half dozen, or so, really high end customs like this. Having recently had a Jim.Dunlap on my channel, it does make question my collecting philosophy. I’m not sure I could part with my Sheffield knives though! None of them are in this class, but they do warm my heart as much as these do. Thank you for showing this.
This is an absolute banger! That is some nice stag as he’s known for, I love the slight hint of gunstock giving it visual interest. This one in particular is quite unique, he mostly does non-locking slipjoints, the lock fits so well here. The gold embellishments knock it out of the park. The downside of course is you want to have a microfiber cloth to continue wiping prints off! Not many knives look as nice closed as open! So glad your friend let you (and us) enjoy it. 🙌
What an absolutely amazing knife! Ryuichi Kawamura is obviously a very talented man.Not only are those inner city stag no good for knife handles but the meat is usually tough too.
WOW...simply stunning! 😍 🇯🇵 🤝🏻 🇬🇧 I get why you didn't want to review it, as you have to say goodbye - I'd be the same! 😉 One word, 'ART'... That is a real work of art 👌🏼 It's the best traditional pedigree puppy that I have ever had the privilege to see! 🤩 Thank you so much for showing it and to the humble man himself for sharing it... ♥️ Please thank him on my behalf 🙏 I love this community. Thanks, brother 🫂 ATB Gus 👍🏻
Erase this video from my memory Stephen. This is too beautiful. I must never be allowed to own a 2.5k pocket knife. Seriously though, thanks for sharing. Lovely to be able to have a close up walk-around of this knife. Applause to the maker.
Lovely to see this Steve. There are far worse things to spend a few grand on (like what my car service cost me this month). Sheer perfection. I'd use it to hell.
This is a very nice knife but there is no justification for spending 2500 on a pocket knife 250 is about all I can support and even then the one time I did that was as a gift for my son I had a $100 knife I carried but somehow managed to loose once and now place a $50-60 top price on a knife
Absolutely beautiful knife.
Absolutely gorgeous knife!
Beautiful, thanks to the owner and yourself for sharing ❤
Absolutely gorgeous piece there, Steven!! 🔥

Neat
Japanese quality. I think Kawamura-san would be dissapointed if he knew You wouldn´t cut with it. I am convinced He intended that knife to be used.
@@RiderOftheNorth1968 it's not my knife but if it was I would.lol.😜

'Can't unsee the whale! :D
Does Kawamura make any more affordable models? Like around the $1000 mark 👀
Superlative craftsmanship but I dislike the back lock it looks odd to the eye and gold pins don’t make sense for tactile strength.
Just bought. Impulse buy. F*** it tho. Pray for me boys when I tell my wife.
