---- ALOO KA NASHTA ----
PEALED (MEDIUM) - 2, PEALED
SALT - 1 TSP
WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
AJWAIN - ¼ + ¼ TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - ¼ + ¼ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ + ¼ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ¼ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - ½ TSP
SALT - ¼ + ½ TSP
EDIBLE OIL - 1 TABLE SPOON
ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLE SPOON
DRIED RED CHILLI - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 TSP
GRAMFLOUR - 1 CUP
