Every thing is clear sir but ..why did we consider the height from y-y line upto h2 in right limb while the increase in height is h2 only 🤔

Increase in height is just the difference between the initial point(X-X) and the final point(the surface of the fluid in the right limb).
But when we measure the pressure, we measure it from the new datum(Y-Y)
