18:00 I think the reason why she left, Mark relationship, that night is not just he is drunk but how toxic he is with himself and how he deals and treats his past wife, Gemma. She doesn't want him to forget his wife and never talk about her, she wants him to love her and realize she is also not replacing her. Its like seeing if you become his wife, this is how he is gonna treat and remember you when you pass too.
Irving saying “Let’s burn this place to the ground” is so epic! And yes, you are correct! You are meant to see in that reveal that Mark’s supposedly dead wife is indeed Ms. Casey. So excited to see you watch the next episode! 😃
That drop when he moves his finger and you see her face is amazing. I think almost everyone takes a minute to realize it before it really hits, and then there's anything from tears to rage about Lumen doing this to them.
What a wild episode. The uprising begins. Irving had such a huge flip from rule follower to "Let's burn this place to the ground" and we love to see it. The Gemma/Ms. Casey reveal gives me chills every time. This series is so well done.
In the last scene, it was not just the angle and the hat for me - it was that she's showing genuine emotion. Probably my favorite episode of the show, beside the finale.
If the chips were to be put in more general use in the show, what's to stop them from disappearing people who have no close family or friends. Basically turning them into slaves. That's the ultimate threat with the technology.
I'm sure they will, but I hope that in season 2 they delve more into this idea of using Severance outside of work, for stuff like the child birth woman. There are so many crazy directions you could take it and it also has the capacity to be very very dark. I mean if you take child birth severance to its logical conclusion, then you could have innies created just so the 'original' person doesn't have to experience a horrible event like recovering from a horrendous injury, but for the innie they would be created for a life of pain and suffering even worse than what the Severed floor innies go through. My Gemma theory is that she was probably seriously injured in the crash and unconscious but they took her, healed her up and did the procedure whilst she was in a coma, so when she woke up she was just Miss Casey. So we might potentially get a situation where Gemma reawakens from her severance and it would be just like what Hellie's outie experienced in the elevator. Wild. The concept behind this show is amazing, there are so many directions you could take the idea.
With answers come many questions!!! Ha! All I'm saying is this show better deliver on Season 2! Which isn't going to come for, like, another YEAR because of the strike.
The Gemma/Ms. Casey reveal is my favorite part of watching people react to this show. The last 2 episodes are amazing. Can't wait for you to see them.
The end of that episode all the way through into the end of Episode 9 might be my favorite series of 2/3 episodes in television.
He was also listing all the facts about Gemma and said that he loves them all equally, just like Miss Casey does in the wellness sessions
It is Ms. Casey.

Yeah, that's what threw me off at first, too. But the reveal was obviously supposed to be someone we already knew, so there weren't very many options.
You're one of my favorite reactors! Is a sentence that would baffle my younger self.

Only thing i kept thinking was: this would make the perfect ‘sleeper agent’ for goverments.
When I first watched the Gemma/Ms. Casey reveal, my response was, "OMG! HOLY F*&K!"
The final monologue was literally the Charlie’s meme from IASIP and I loved it
Welcome to the beginning of the end of the season. Last few episodes are crazy.
I now refer to all Jazz as Defiant Jazz because of this awesome episode
Fun Fact: the Innie Retirement song is from a Kodak commercial.
The Ms. Casey reveal is probably my favourite thing on TV in a long time.
Yay! I get so excited when you post these!

Actually, the worst case scenario I can think of is severing babies. What if kids grow up severed? That would be realy messed up.
last episode is my favourite. Can't wait!
18:40 yep, that was my reaction too. Enjoy the remaining episodes. This show is brilliant!
I have been waaaiting for this particular episode to come and your reaction did not disappoint. I can’t wait for next week!
Yes! The rebellion begins!
Now you get to think about the horrifying concept of existing only when giving birth.
Like I said (edit: on an earlier video)….Selvig/Cobel…DIABOLICAL!! Buckle up for the next episodes!!
when i saw the picture i didnt recognize her at first so i googled gemma and realized
