Slander and defamation, along with gangstalking, lead to hate crimes. If you can gather evidence of multiple hate crimes, that could potentially be used to prove gangstalking (I prefer to use the term community mobbing)
Thanks for defining this. Currently, family member doing this, creating stories, twisting discussions. Not really court worthy, but can throw this at them... criminal act really.
I got attacked and dragged out of a bar other day by undercover cops. Was not drunk, only there maybe 20 minutes, had no interaction with anyone except ordering a drink. I knew they were cops, and were basically lying in wait for me, and we talked outside, i asked for badge numbers, they just smiled. So what happened was, they knew i was going there, or would probably go there, told the bartender ahead of time if this guy comes in call us, and im sure they gave a defamatory reason. Funny thing is, i figured out who the main one is in about 20 minutes of online searches. He has his profile pic on the city police web site.🤣
I knew a guy who had something very similar happen in Louisiana in the French quarter. They also tried to accuse him of animal abuse of one of the police horses for no reason. One of the other cops there knew he was innocent and made sure nothing happened to him. I really hope if shit like this happens there's at least one good person lined up to help people like that. Edit: they weren't undercover but he was at the bar and hadn't even had a drink. If I remember correctly a cop on a horse walked up behind him when he was outside and he flinched and backed up because he didn't know it was there. That's when he was accused of trying to hit the horse.
I have proof of community mobbing, vandalism on more than one occasion, being harassed and bullied, and being asset-stripped. My perps aren't the brightest, and some have done the stupidest things
Vandalism? That's retarded because that's something you can easily prove. Indeed, they sound pretty dumb which is good for you. I would say record evidence of the vandalism and go to the police. They would take you seriously.

These criminals have been reckless and impulsive, lied, and falsely accused me of crimes I didn’t commit. I’m being heavily targeted, and these perps are using gossip and slander against me. My reputation is permanently damaged, and I have so many people who hate me, who I don’t even know or care about. The fusion center operatives need to set high standards when recruiting perps and have them do an IQ test because they're at risk of getting in legal trouble and subsequently exposed.
Its not criminal it's a civil matter. In US. So you can't call the cops. Your better off filing a report on someone making false statements to the police or what have you. Especially if it's caused Emergency response or incited an incident of some kind.Then you can file a restraining order but you need their name. also remember that when you make statements yourself you say they are "suspect" of doing this or that if you can't prove it readily.

Laws are different in the usa. If the person has been led to believe what they are saying about you is true, they may not be liable.
