I used an original hand powered model, made in Australia for several years. Eventually my father in law motorised it using a lawn mower engine. It was very effective. He's dead now, but he would have loved to see this video of a "modern upgraded model".

Wonderful Workmanship there should have been a safety cover over V-Belt Drive this will be also providing Safety of Operator from Cutter Blades to avoid any horrible accident and a proper Outlet of the Cut Out material with in this cover so that there would be an even Collection of the Cut Material. once a guy made a shoe/boot factory and sold products cheaply but displaced hundreds of shoemakers. the factory didn't last.
These people don’t like to wears shoes they might wears some kind of sandals sometimes. Shoe companies could not survive in this environment.😊

Because this is Pakistan there people so hard and you know how much salary ?
It gets me how a shop will have some cool machine like that big vertical turret lathe but then they are all still sitting on dirt floors, carrying loads on their heads up stairs and not even the most basic safety gear. Human lives really just don't merit any consideration there.
