I loved this scene . Kelly was being obnoxious but funny too " i knew there must've been some reason why you dragged us here" 🤣but she had some good reasons to act the way she did🥺. All she wanted was to finally spend some quality times with her mother.
I'm proud of Jackie for actually listening and showing Kelly some compassion & understanding. Many mothers are so desperate for some man's love that they forget that this is part of being a good parent.
Too bad Kelly didn’t learn to not be desperate for some man’s love and not go after her best friends boyfriend or her brother which intern was her best friends boyfriend’s best friend.

I think people are misunderstanding Kelly. Only reason she is acting like this is because she's scared for her mom to find a man given her daddy issues and her mom's history with men. Plus Steve giving bad advice led to her being an ass here but she would never act this way normally.
I loved Kelly all the way up until she starting going behind Brenda's back with Dylan.. But in this scene, I totally feel her fear. She just wanted to be with her mom and enjoy her for the first time while she is sober and can actually have a mom. Men seem to set Jackie off on a negative self sabotage spiral.
My lesbian friend always wears outfits like this. She is very much like Kelly’s mom. Her ex-girlfriend is tall and virtuous with the most amazing woman in America but also very strong with her personality which makes me very uncomfortable and she is very happy to see me in the mirror
