Hi Justin, I hope you are doing fine Just had a quick question What's the difference between the courses you post here on UA-cam vs your course on Udemy Academy
Senior Living and Care Homes have witnessed higher investment activity especially in Europe due to the expected demographic changes and lack of sufficient housing options for the elderly population. This property type offers a steady rental income stream, is less vulnerable to economic conditions, and offers higher entry yields than multifamily apartments.
@@BreakIntoCRE Thanks Justin....trying to learn more about Commercial RE by watching your informative videos and taking your financial modeling courses on Udemy👍
ARGUS knowledge can often be a prerequisite for analyst jobs in office, retail, and/or industrial, so if you could only pick one and your goal is to land a job, ARGUS would be my vote.
Hey Justin! Quick q: As part of an interview process, I received a portfolio of two multifamily properties to analyze. During the cash flow modeling, am I expected to make two individual sheets or combine them? Ie., make one 15 unit and one 20 unit model or combine them to find the purchase price for the 35 units?
Hey Justin, great video. I was wondering if you could explain to me the difference between acquisitions analysis and capital markets analysis? I have met with several people in the industry and the answer just becomes more ambiguous each I’m I hear it.
Automotive Services seems primed to benefit from the currently undersupplied and overinflated car market. People are keeping their vehicles longer and need to maintain them. Auto Body/Collision shops, DiY shops (Autozone), Tire & Brake shops etc.. all fit under this umbrella.
@@BreakIntoCRE No, thank YOU for the great content! I entered the CRE world about a year ago. Your videos have given me a much better scope of knowledge around RE Finance & Investing, areas that I have little to no experience in. Hoping to use some of the methods you describe (equity waterfall comes to mind) to start my own RE portfolio within the next year!
Right on. I have subscribed and bought courses in Udemy. I am Fl broker and a CCIM Candidate. Cold storage for pharma distribution is in acute need across the states. Last mile warehouing and distribution is also in demand.
I am a post-graduate from this past May and I have a couple questions regarding learning all the aspects of the industry and next steps, do you have a way I can personally reach out to you and have a phone call/discussion for 30 minutes? I would compensate you for your time
Globe Street, Bisnow, and The Real Deal are great news resources, and the major brokerage firms (CBRE, JLL, Cushman) all have strong research departments that put out helpful reports quarterly or annually - those are my favorites.
Any niche property types you see potential in for 2022?

Hey Justin, excellent as always. Would love to hear your take on micro fulfillment centers.
Thanks, Scott! Great suggestion!
Great content Justin… Thank you so much 😊
For someone who's interested in REPE, would the REFAI certification's be better than learning ARGUS?
