- In San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park there has been a bizarre twist in a treasure hunt that’s been unfolding for nearly forty years. Wilson Walker reports. (3/4/19)
Man they been searching for that treasure for years. Good luck Goonies.

Josh Gates found the Boston secret in 2019, so that make 3 treasure boxes found!
Giant pole giant step to the place the cask is kept.
Yes, its very simple once that is known. My permit is for tomorrow, May 9th! Stay tuned, all will be revealed!
Only a local would understand the poems meaning. I think I know where it is at. I only found out about this today. I'm going to check it out.
Why on earth would an amatuer if they happened to know where this thing is just tell you so that YOU can dig it up?
Exactly..
I’m 99.9% sure I know where SFs treasure and New York’s treasure is located....
Go get them
Did you find them?!
And tell Josh Gates from Expedition Unknown! He would be gratefully excited for you knowing where 2 treasure boxes are!! If you don’t know how to email Josh Gates look it up.
The object of the dragon's attention is Twain..II
I think that qualifies as a flower bed. It's not there as we all know the rules say there is no treasure in any public or private flower bed.
I found it years ago
Found what?
His marbles..... 😂
Well folks when lord says it time to show where it is...he will, but in mean time that thing has been in ground for 40 years now. In my opinion it may become a curse. It just might be pandoras box.....i. know where it is...and all details to explain it...i just need make video...but like i said in the lord time, not mine.....The lord gets all the glory, not me....Im just a Native American guy with his simple message.

The S.F. Chronicle used to sponsor a treasure hunt [inspired by Emperor Norton?] many years ago... until the year that the beach at Aquatic Park looked like it was made of bomb craters, due to uncontrolled insane digging, and the City gov't put a stop to those treasure hunts. So, it is very disappointing to see people digging up The Park, and even more disappointing that [apparently] someone from Parks & Rec knows about it and [apparently] has done nothing to stop it DESPITE the clues/rules stating that the cask is NOT on public land. Golden Gate Park IS a treasure, not to be messed with.
