I am super impressed with how organized you are, and I think (although you would probably still be organized) that the small space with everything at your fingertips would help to put supplies back in their "home" right after using them, instead of letting them be in a pile, or in a small catch-it-all container to put away at the end, and although I have good intents, it's easy to let it "sit" and not promptly get put back in it's home----I really enjoyed this video and you gave me incentive to re-organize bit as I see things that could definitely help.

I also like having everything within reach ! I am hoping to get the paper storage from Stamp N Storage. Their stuff looks great. But my favorite was your paper drawer ! When I want to make a card I want to do it "right now !" I hate having to get out my cutter and do all the layers , by then I forget what card I was going to make. I love all of my punches. I was surprised to see so many in a drawer. ( and the drawer still works) That is a great desk !
dottie b THank you Dottie! That paper drawer has been a delight.. so nice to just grab a precut card or layer piece without getting up and cutting something!!! Those drawers were in a dumpster at an office I worked at 20 years ago!!! They were tossing them out, and I grabbed them, and they have been amazing ever since!! BEST find ever!! :)
I like your space its like mine. i like my and ink in front of me, easy too. I did my paper the same way you did. I ran out of room so put reds with reds blue ect... You have to find what works for you. my wall of stamps is just one layer . then i took the stamps off the wood and in pocket bags . All my stamps are in a book and each are number for easy find . Love your Craftroom! Trying hard not to be jealous,lol. I hope you share your project life experience...I am so interested...I have a binder, and a package of page protecters, and ordered my first 100 pictures...but that's as far as I've gotten.
Thanks Party for your craft room tour !! You did give me some good idea's !! I had to move my crafting things upstairs to my master bedroom. But my space is larger than yours , so I should be able to make this work out !! I have 3 countertops to use, just trying to find drawers to go underneath them !! My husband passed away a few years ago, so my son moved in to help with keeping the house in good repairs!! I'm now living on Social Security and money is tight, so I have been thinking about maybe selling my big house !! I don't want to permanently put things up on the walls, or attach anything to the walls in case I do!!! Do you have any suggestions that you maybe give me ???
You might look at some of the plastic drawer units at discount stores like Big Lots, Target, Kmart... even the Dollar Stores have plastic storage drawer units!! If you get something like that you can take it with you and it's not attached or built in. Hope that helps?
