- I spend 100 Days in Modded Valheim while trying to survive, fight many bosses and focus on building up my base with defences and new items. This game focuses around being a viking, surviving as a viking and sleeping as a viking. I take the next 100 days and try my best to survive the harsh conditions.

I was going to put the list of mods in the comments here, but realized that might bog down your comment section too much. So if you want to know where to find the mods, what to download to use the mods (comes with a user friendly tutorial and if you can't find it just UA-cam it) and the list of mods themselves please check the description of the video! Might take a few as I'm doing it right now!!

Yo, when I tried running the modpack, any time I opened any kind of menu, the game would bug out and I couldn't close the window, and had to force quit. Any idea what's causing this?
@@scp-049 It's either the AUGA mod or the Valheim Optimization mod. Try removing both of those and seeing if it works

Absolutely love the content! Dropping a sub. First time playing valheim and it's so cool to see how someone else's journey with a lot of similar mods goes! I'm curious what the mod that changes the boss type is? It's pretty easy to fly through bosses when you don't balance mods

As for the mod to help make things more balanced in the sense of boss fights, you should look into Level and loot control mod! It's fantastic and makes the game as hard as you want it :D

Nicely done, just been getting into modded myself lately. Anny chance you ever post the configs you used for them, as seems to be alot to customize them and not make it all break with conflicts
Thank you very much Philip. I hope it's been just as much fun, and as for config files and changing it up R2modman allows for a lot of easy and nice sifting to see what you like without the hassle. I definitely recommend using it for mods and then it's just a simple changing the values in the launcher and saving afterwards!

Yup yup! It's not perfect, but this was my first attempt at modded Valheim!
pretty sure ur not supposed to have magic overhaul classes until you defeat the first boss and get a class essence... theyre mad op before then. on top of that warlock essence is one of the rarest from what i remember
Honestly, if I could go back and re-do the start without the classes until the first boss was defeated I'd do it. I'll be the first to admit that it's definitely a lot easier with the classes, but I've also managed to make the gameplay more difficult for myself and give a sort of challenge with the Creature level and loot mod ^^

You definitely should some time! You don't need all the mods I have, maybe just 5 or 6 to have the same experience but it's so worth it!
The trench is to close to the walls, trolls using tree clubs can still smash those if its not deep enough. make the trench further back from the walls to prevent it or go deeper.
You're right about that Dragnouse420, the first time I had that troll event happen them and the aoe damage they do was way too close to everything!

Damn those mods seem to make this game easy. When i started vanilla server with 3 friends we died like hundreds of times before we got to bronze age . . . and hundreds more before silver.
Oh trust me, it took me a good 50 hours of pure gameplay just to make it to bronze myself. I have added multiple difficulty meters with some mods to make things much harder!
Honestly i dont think modded valheim is as much fun as the normal game. Nice video btw (cant wait for 500days) :D

Big Cheese! Another awesome "Days" video! After I finished most of the game I installed Valheim HD and Valheim Plus. Thinking of adding Epic Loot and Magic Overhaul. I want to keep my mod list lean. Of all the mods you used what's your top 5 you can't live without? Love your vids btw!
Thank you kindly Pixel! Oh, good choices on the chosen mods and you're a smarter one then I am! I have too many mods that just don't need to be there haha. If I had to pick only 5 I'd say, Valheim Plus, Epic Loot, Journey To Valhalla (which to be fair has like 15 mods that is all content related) Build camera, and last would be... uhm... unrestricted portals!

I will say that when you get to a point in Valheim Vanilla it's hard to find stuff to do because there just isn't that content to keep going, but it does draw you back in with it's "Not sure what to call it" haha. And it's going to be good, trying to learn and make them better with each 100 days!
EpicLoot I 100% love. it's a great mod without straying too far away from what Vanilla is
I completely agree, if you're looking for not a huge jump from vanilla but still have a mod or two, Epic Loot gives ya that!

This was honestly just a test run/work in progress! Next time I go in with mods I'm definitely going to change a lot up and make everything more balanced, even with the mods :P
Eh base valheim your pretty O.P if you want to be. Its just a matter of how much time your willing to spend to get there. But to an extent i agree with you. I also play moddedand prefer to add mods that make the base game more difficult. But it's a balance that, to be honest, i think even the core game kinda fails at. But thats just my opinion

I am playing my first full playthrough modded currently. I think. Epic loot mod should have just been part of the game. Makes it feel so much more like an rpg to get the random loot drops and doesn't feel overpowered
It doesn't make anything overpowered, just gives us the player a feel like we're making real progress and gives us a reason to want to farm all the creatures to animals in the world. The rarity drops are also so fun!
Would you ever think of releasing this as a modpack? I’m interested in playing this, but it will take quite a while to find and download the mods individually.

Not a problem man! And I have yet to try it separately though with the mods I'm currently using it's not compatible just yet. Think the HD graphics mod still needs a few more updates on it and any help I can give of course ^^

Yeah, with a mod or two you can chose all portal or one that you can walk through with any ores. It's honestly a great feeling, but again some don't find it as fun :P
@@RayofpandasGamingChannel I think it would be more fun to go through portals eith ore than traveling by boat to do it. Besides. You still need to travel by boat to get to each new island.

@@RayofpandasGamingChannel i actualy went all in, i got the monsterlevel mod, the skyheim, magic overhaul, valheim heroes,tried to add all the best ones that give the game a mega needed boost, mabe il give the Extrabiomes mods a try also
I'd highly recommend the Jouney_To_Valhalla mod as it adds a lot of content related pieces and just build off of that! You're gonna have a heck of a time playing through the game again!! :DD

when i loaded up a world with these mods the cursor seemd to be in free mdoe making it where i cant look around, did you have this issue. The only thing it lets me do is to mode the spell bar for the magic overhaul mod.
It's Valheim Optimization mod or AUGA mod. I'm going to start up Valheim again this weekend and fix it all up!
