Hi Thank you so much 🙏 for watching my videos. Curry powder is kind of Garam masala for Indians. It’s a blend of below spices . 4 tablespoon Coriander seeds 2 tablespoon Fennel seeds 2 tablespoon Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Uncooked rice (basmati) 1 tsp Black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds ½ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds 5 Cloves 5 Cardomom pods shelled 2 sprigs Curry leaves ( dried or pan fried ) It’s better to pan roast individually and cool then grind .
